Powerful and easy to use and configure, even for non-expert users
What do you like best about the product?
All the tools and reports are easy to find and configure.
You can create workspaces and add widgets and common searches to keep in hand and analyze behavior.
Analytics gives you recommendations to optimize your content based in search results and trends, also from othewr websites.
The look and feel of the tool are really comfortable and allow the user to identify the different sections both by icons in main menus, submenus and collapsible items.
Even you can use Google Search to get similar insights, Conductor allows you to customize the tool and share with colleagues.
You can automate some tasks to deliver reports or insights at your best convenience.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require reloading the full page, making it a little slower from time to time.
Some features overlap content (if you are using a small screen, it will be difficult to manage).
It has no setting option to use "multiple tabs" to keep your page open while you explore other sections.
Some features might require additional training to track properly and avoid using unnecessary credits.

This is a useful tool when you want to keep continue tracking keywords for your SEO projects.

I'm new to SEO so the terminology is something I am still learning. This is not necessarily something bad about Conductor.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredible support and success management team. Limitless projects and accounts complemented by a full suite of intuitive Content SEO tools. Complimented by enough technical auditing to get you started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in tracked URLs and competitor audits. The pricing structure is better than their competition but knowing how it needs to scale could be clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The list is long but compared to other SEO platforms it's limitless accounts and in depth page/keyword analysis and project management were next to none.

It is user-friendly, accurate, and allows for easy alterations and customizations.

I wish it was a bit more advanced and comprehensive.

Conductor is a great SEO tool, very versatile and very useful
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use when building keyword groups, and the ability to add new users. the interface is very easy to use and easy to learn. I have found that the conductor certifications are very helpful and the programming is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not too much that I do not like about conductor. I would like if there was a mobile app that I could use on the go or when I am traveling for work. Overall very happy with the platform

There are many different filters and ways to organize your work, do competitive research, and find areas for improvement with your site.

There are almost too many filters and settings that learning the platform can take a while and it can be overwhelming at first.

It takes away a lot of manual effort or time due to its settings and the ability to organize your thoughts, workspace, and track your content
Exceeding Our Expectations
What do you like best about the product?
Earlier this year we decided to bring our SEO in-house and replace our agency with a platform. Conductor won the "beauty pageant" for many reasons, but we were most excited about having easily digestible, actionable data available to us with a few clicks, saving us a ton of research time. Conductor has delivered, and it has supercharged our ability to discover content gaps and uncover significant optimizations for existing content.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, not much. We're getting excellent support from our team at Conductor, and we're seeing immediate results on some mission-critical content. Ask again in 6 months!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor is a force multiplier for us. The research is already done - we just need to pull it out, which is very easy. We've integrated it with Jira, so it's super-easy to create content briefs and get them to the right team. That alone saves a lot of time - no more creating the brief in Excel or Word, then reformatting it for Jira. The people who receive the content briefs are also very happy with the process. But the biggest win has been QUICKLY identifying opportunities for optimization, then executing the changes. Some of the traffic improvements we're seeing are borderline unbelievable - in fact, if they had hinted at such performance while we were evaluating products I wouldn't have believed a word of it. We're seeing traffic improvements on one group of pages for a key brand of over 200% in less than two weeks. That translates to a lot of revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
I am not an SEO specialist but I find Conductor helps me identify themes and guides my content.

Having to set up dashboards and manually search for some items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am more effective. It shows the topics and keywords that people are searching for so I can use them in my content.
