Conductor is great for content marketing and keyword , but the reporting and UI could be improved.

The keyword research/tracking, content briefs, business case builder, and competitor research.

What do you like best about the product?
Conductor is an extremely helpful to be able to track new and existing keywords and analyze all of our SEO data. It's a very easy to use platform, and the team acclimated easily to the various tools it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to mention, we're excited to learn more about what AI can provide in the future through Conductor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to see all of our SEO data in one platform.
Buggy
What do you like best about the product?
Conductor is most helpful with keyword research.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that there are a lot of bugs that still need to be worked out. For example, when adding a block to a workspace, sometimes it's blank. Sometimes I'm not able to log into Conductor at all. It's embarrassing when it happens during demos. Support has been slow in fixing these. I'm tempted to try another tool like Ahrefs or Moz instead since they also seem to be good keyword research tools and have probably been around longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor is helping us solve content-related SEO issues. Without doing keyword research, we are missing valuable opportunities for CTR and engagement. Conductor helps us do that keyword research.

What do you like best about the product?
Great features that Conductor provides is a look at our journey for our products and understanding how it helps us to capture our targets for the year.
It's very user friendly and helps monitor our website in realtime and see exactly what is going on with the backend.
I like how I can view the keywords as well as see the different impacts on them.
Customization of the dashboard is great!

Takes a bit to learn the software but once you play around with it, you can understand how to set up preferred views/dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor is showcasing the drop offs in journeys and also how visitors are navigating our website.
Using Conductor for SEO Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the extension is able to delve into what could really improve your SEO rankings by telling you the errors and also how important they are to improving your score. The website is excellent with keyword rankings as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there could be more words you could track as the company I work for has multiple facets and that's hard to track through this site because of the limit. I wish more could be done with the extension as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is looking at improving our SEO ranking on google and by using the chrome extension we were able to find errors that could be corrected. Additionally, we use it to see where we rank in comparison to our competitors using keywords.
Conductor is a great resource to help create, optimize, improve and monitor organic rankings.
What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring tracked keywords and getting insight into where efforts can be focused to optimize. Having visibility into what pages are being ranked highest and seeing our Market Share comparison.

Currently, not being able to see real-time data, but that will change when implementing the ContentKing add-on as we'll be able to have real-time monitoring and auditing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve issues by bringing visibility to where there may be missing H1, meta descriptions/titles, and other areas that could be improved upon. It also brings to the forefront where keywords/pages could be optimized to help improve rankings.

What do you like best about the product?
Conductor is so easy and intuitive for content creators. It's a great tool for marketers who aren't super tech-savvy when it comes to SEO but want valuable insights on how to optimize their content for organic growth. With other SEO tools, it's so easy to go down a rabbit hole when looking at all the data, but Conductor does a great job of highlighting key insights, recommendations and generating useful reporting, especially for small content teams who want the biggest ROI for their time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price may be too steep for a small company as there are other cheaper alternatives for tracking SEO growth. We are fairly new customers to Conductor, but the staff has been extremely accommodating and eager to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing organic growth of non-branded keywords and addressing the need to fix technical SEO issues that could be impacting that goal.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Conductor makes it easy to plug in variables to give you actionable intel on content improvements and that it uses live data based on the very competitors you're targeting to make recommendations. New AI features are nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't always provide the same data, make it clearer what each query needs for the desired result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor helps me figure out the changes we need to make to our content in order to have the best chance for ranking.
Mostly Useful for Full Time SEO
What do you like best about the product?
Easy keyword research tool. I also like additional add-ons like Content King.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really too much for someone who isn't doing SEO full-time.
