Conductor fixed our chaotic content workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Conductor has simplified our content planning and ideation process. The capability of swiftly researching on latest topics and key word opportunities within the platform has saved us a lot of time than having to use several tools. We could see competitor content performance at a glance and it assists us in identifying the gaps that we can fill.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting interface is somehow outdated and can be more user-friendly to extract particular campaign metrics. My other desired feature would do with having stronger alternatives to linking with our internal content management system without having to code it myself. The user permission settings are too strict in some cases, and our fluid editorial staff cannot work there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having difficulties with our ability to generate content, which appealed to our target audience and which would rank well organically. After introducing Conductor we have a far better idea of what our customers are searching and creating more strategic content, with a significant improvement in search visibility.

I would appreciate having the ability to optimize articles before they are published, as this feature is currently missing. Additionally, I have noticed that the content editor can occasionally become sluggish, and there are often interruptions in the service.

It constantly helps us create semantically relevant content, it's very intuitive, and it significantly improves our content. It allows me to identify keyword gaps and helps with search engine ranking. Its optimization module has been particularly helpful.

I appreciate that many of the optimized posts achieve good rankings, which makes it easier to write SEO-optimized articles. More engaging content is needed, sometimes my computer con't handle the load. The scheduling tool is also less useful to me, as many of the requests are repetitive.

Conductor makes it much easier to distill vast amounts of data into actionable insights, especially given the thousands of opportunities it presents. This tool is incredibly insightful and supports understanding the broader landscape of topics and keywords we should focus on, which enhances the strategic decision-making for our brands. Additionally, the ease of setup was notable; the fact that I don't even remember the setup process speaks volumes about how user-friendly Conductor is. Furthermore, my teams find Conductor to be exceptionally smart, providing significant visibility into what is happening with their brands, which is crucial for staying ahead in competitive markets. Overall, Conductor is robust and intuitive, making it a trusted partner in our digital marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I especially like the app's simplicity, I love the variety of recommendations it offers. It's an excellent way to improve SEO ranking and provides valuable information for topic modeling. The tool perfectly fulfills its purpose by bringing everything together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to become familiar with the control panels, as there are so many excellent features that they can be difficult to locate. Occasionally, the software freezes, which can be frustrating, especially when I'm typing.

This tool has greatly enhanced my content creation process by helping me identify the most relevant topics for search. We mainly use it to generate new content, and it has proven to be an excellent resource for shaping our strategy.
User-Friendly, Intuitive, and Backed by a Supportive Community
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and very user-friendly. The whole flow of working within the tool is great—very fluent. The upside is that information is really easy to find. I also think the whole community behind it is very valuable. If you run into problems, there's a strong community and a whole section of helpful content. Plus, there's a chat where people are available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, which is really, really, really good.

There's not much I actually dislike about it. It's all really good, everything is going fine, so no problems there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, it's tracking SEO numbers. Keyword tracking is one of the main reasons we started using it, but it’s also great that we can group parts of our website together. The technical part is really helpful as well.
With the implementation of AI within the platform, it's now really easy to write content—or at least to create a first draft very quickly. Around 50–60% of our writing is now done through the platform, which is really good. It saves us a lot of time and gives us access to data very easily.

I love that Conductor is a one-stop-shop for the SEO features our team needs. They're so thoughtful about the changes and upgrades they implement, and I really appreciate that they take their clients' feedback to heart. Our customer success manager is invaluable, always present when we have questions or ready to help us explore the latest features. And I love how easy it is to use, simply put.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything negative to say about this platform. While their AI writing assistant tool lacked a bit of advancement in the early stages, the way they've managed to invest and upgrade its capabilities has been great to see! I love every new update they get to share with us.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Conductor incredibly helpful for my SEO content marketing efforts. It gives me visibility into how we're performing on AI searches, specifically through mentions and citations. This feature significantly benefits my content strategy by guiding it appropriately. Additionally, I also appreciate the weekly and monthly SEO updates and optimizations. The tools that I find particularly useful in Conductor include the research explorer tool, AI search tool, keywords, and the supportive community. These tools and resources enable me to effectively set up and utilize the platform, even though there was a bit of a learning curve initially. Nevertheless, with all the information provided, I was successfully able to understand and operate Conductor within three weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the subscription-based model of Conductor disheartening because it limits access to features that were initially part of the original contract, requiring additional paid subscriptions for functionalities like the writing assistant. This limitation frustrates me since one main reason for choosing Conductor was to aid our content writing teams. Additionally, I perceive Conductor's offering as having too many moving parts and one-off ad hoc subscription-based products, complicating its use. Furthermore, compared to Semrush, Conductor's platform seems a bit limiting in some aspects, and I would prefer a more user-friendly interface.
