Very easy and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate the platform, plus they have good training materials. Understanding user behaviour and journey is quite visual and intuitive, and presented in a better layout than something like Google Analytics. CS is more beginner-friendly than other platforms if you have an enterprise plan and they've set the mapping up for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some key features missing from the platform - for instance, the Journey Analysis tool does not have the ability to filter out non-pertinent pages en-masse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying and centralizing my organizations' web analytics to look at user journey, heatmaps, and bounce rates, etc.

Excellent User Experience Analytics Capability
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to easily analyze ad optimize website user experience at scale with sophisticated heat map view, page zooning analysis, recorded sessions replay, and user journey insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am satisfied with Content Square and do not have any negative experience to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
detailed insights for personalized user experience. Content Square allows us to learn about successful UX practices so we can scale them, then equally flag user frustration points to solve them quickly for increased conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
With CS it's very easy to gather the needed information, always with a very visible and user friendly way of displaying / dowloading. It's a very useful tool on our day to day work in the Digital Analytics Area, helping us to answer questions, understanding the most common user journeys and identifying frictions / pain points in a quick way.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it's a very complex and developed tool, at the beggining you can feel overwhelmed with so much information. However, I think that the training and onboarding they have is very good, so it's only a matter of time you begin an expert of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to identify frictions and pain points in the user journey in a very easy way; also, once the problem is identified, we can view session recordings with the selected parameters, and quantify the % traffic affected, conversions, etc.
Easy to Use Platform with Excellent Training Services
What do you like best about the product?
My Premier Team (B2B website) at Dell Technologies has been quite impressed with the functionality of Content Square to track engagement. Our Content Square account team has been excellent in helping us set up dedicated trainings with our team to learn how to measure engagement with zones, compare pages, and look at journeys. Our segments set up initially and troubleshooting was instrumental in helping us ensure accuracy in our results. We also love the Chrome plugin for a more visual view of zone metrics to track engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content Square tagging is still rolling out across our platform so it will take some time to get a full view of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content Square is helping us better understand customer behavior on our site.

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful tool that enables my day to day work life as an E-com Analyst. Visualization is important in presenting the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are way too many metrics that one could consider and can be confusing to use for specific analyses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me present useful metrics ( Click rate, exposure rate , heatmap) and is an amazing tool to visualise data.
Contensquare's analytical value is immeasurable to my team
What do you like best about the product?
I use page comparator, zoning analysis, and journey analysis most days, and it provides valuable evidence and stats that are used for decision-making and prioritizing very often. Contentsquare's tools are very detailed and customizable, making it suitable for companies of all sizes and from many industries. Their customer success managers and support teams are easily accessible and responsive to questions and technical issues. Finally they make their customers a priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Contentsquare is the learning curve. I am a young professional not far out of college, and It took some time for me to start to feel comfortable with the platform and how to use all of the tools and data that were accessible to me. That said, they have many learning resources, such as online courses and live webinars, that are also recorded. Along with customer success managers, who in my experience have been easy to work with and quick to respond to emails. It is a complex detailed platform, but there are more than enough resources available, and that complexity pays off with the clear, customizable data it can provide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I use Contentsquare to analyze traffic, conversion, UX, and page engagement. It allows us to find issues or changes in performance quickly and has tools to get to the why on these changes.
Best tool for quantitative analysis in the conversion optimization process.
What do you like best about the product?
360° degree analysis of elements, pages and page groups possible. Super networking of all modules, e.g. you can access replay videos from all modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little usability problems and too much focus on new features. I would really recommend to focus more on the development of the core features.

What do you like best about the product?
In the last months I've had the opportunity to study what the tool offers. In my opinion, it is one of the best tools in the market used to study how users interact with your website, investigate various errors and improve the conversion rate. By offering various analyzes such as customer journey and zoning analysis, everything becomes easier for us digital analysts, given the numerous emerging evidences. Lastly, I would recommend the tool to every company that wants to take care of their customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only thing that i've noticed, that the tool could result a little bit difficult to understand if you aren't dealing everyday with GA kpis /digital kpis.

Insights galore!
What do you like best about the product?
As Contentsquare said in a recent report: "What gets measured gets managed.” Using Contentsquare has given our ecommerce team access to so many insights that would either not be readily available, or would be WAY more difficult to visualize (especially compared to something like Google Analytics). Having analytics and data around landing pages, user experience, and other on-site experiences allows us to manage them more closely and make optimizations. Not only is the platform great, but the team behind it that manages our account is awesome as well. THey are genuinely interested in seeing us find success in the tool and helping us learn it (aka teaching us to fish rather than just doing the work and serving us the insights). It even integrates directly with our "Voice of Customer" tool, allowing us to visually see what someone is writing about when they submit site feedback. This is imperative to being able to fix something and take action (aside from using the in-depth analytics Contentsquare provides in other areas of the tool).
My last thought: You will have no regrets. I know there are other options out there but Contentsquare has so much to offer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Very little to dislike, but I will say there is a learning curve to the tool and the platform. But if you spend time learning it and spend time using it, you will become an expert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are working on a big project to launch new landing pages for our franchise products. This is a big undertaking for our creative team, our dev team, and our ecomm team. Being able to get insights into the Journey, the in-page analytics, and more allows us to paint a holistic picture around performance. For example, we recently learned that people are trying to click on some lifestyle photography to go shop that exact look!
Perfect to some extend
What do you like best about the product?
Their massive positive aspect is their customer service. You get dedicated Contentsquare coworkers who are full of resources, very resilient, fun, smart, helpful and very motivated. You get support, challenges and recognition. If there's any bug or doubt eveyone at Contentsquare is reachable and they reply very fast. They won't let you hanging and truthfully desire the best for you. They have a very strong community and ensure full on collaboration. It is rare to find and golden to get.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as easy and strong as they would represent it. Like any other digital analytics tools there are many aspects to take into consideration and that can be easily forgotten by business or management. Data never fall out of the sky and managing and using a great tool like Contentsquare requires great responsability, communication, documentation and structure. Plus, from time to time it can get quite buggy which makes its usage sometimes frustrating. But this is taking care of and balanced with their great support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater accessibility with non data mindset people. It all looks more understandable than other tools and some functionnalities are very handy, easy and quick to use (gotta love the cs live extension)
