What do you like best about the product?
Les modules d'analyses sont précis et la segmentaiton est poussée.
La possibilité de passer d'un module à un autre en fonction d'une action . Par exemple un clic sur un bouton, il est possible de voir par la suite les screens recordings contenant cette action.
Le suivi hebdomadaire et la plateforme de formation à l'outil/ au web analytics sont aussi très qualitatifs.

Un outil qui nous aide au quotidien

La grande force de content square au-delà de leur outil est leur accompagnement au quotidien qui permet d’échanger sur toutes nos problématiques de parcours utilisateurs. On a véritablement l’impression d’avoir une personne en plus dans l’équipe.

Je n'ai pas de remarque particulière sur des éléments que je n'aime pas.

Content Square nous permet de comprendre les points de friction de nos utilisateurs et de résoudre au plus vite nos problèmes de parcours clients pour les rendre le plus fluide possible.

The layout is super easy to navigate and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it is very easy to use and I enjoy looking at the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly menu changes by using zoning analysis. Data such as click rates and conversion rates show us what the customers like/dislike about the website.

We have found the deep dives the Contentsquare analysts perform to be extremely helpful in getting granular insights and recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is challenging to grasp unless you are in the tool daily, weekly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems within our funnel flows, page layouts, etc. The benefits are endless around the customer behavior by using heatmapping, zoning, and especially session replay for our customer survey responses.

Really great training and the platform is so valuable - It will change your business and how you approach problem-solving.

There is nothing so far on the platform that I dislike.

Customer Journeys and the positive and negative impacts throughout the online experience. This helps to develop better design solutions to make our platforms the best they can be.

ContentSquare can be quite costly but with a CRO process, it is worth it

I do use ContentSquare to analysis the performance on the B2B page of PrestaShop. Awesome results!

Easy to use, intuitive and powerful results about the behaviour of your visitors and what drives most of the conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few discrepancies between the data in ContentSqaure and Google Analytics, would be easier to have same type of KPIs in both tools.

Contentsquare has improved my work
What do you like best about the product?
I got introduced to content Square for the first time this year in July, and it has been so helpful. As a Product Designer with Pizzahut UK, I am eager to study the user flows, journeys, and how that affects engagement with the application I work on. Contentsquare has helped my work. Using the "Analyse" feature, I can study/follow journey analysis, page comparator, etc. It is a helpful assistant; if you are a PM, PO, designer, you should get on with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now to be honest, the teachers were helpful

Accessible to users without technical skills, allows us to monitor the performance of a change in appearance or functionality on our site which makes it easier to make changes

the frustration generated when data is missing (session replays or too fine steps in the navigation path), the tool must be used on pages that have a lot of traffic
