Content Square is a great way to get an instant glimpse into the usage of your site.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see how many people clicked through a particular experience
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little tough to understand the set up of zoning. One of the challenges is that our company has a lot of users. So a lot of existing zones already set up. Would be nice to be able to organize all the existing definitions easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On a page, what things are people clicking on or NOT. How far are they going down the page.
For example, we have a link to compare plans and wanted to know "how many people click on that?" How many click on something from Desktop or Mobile.

Content and promo change impacts. The benefit is the ability to understand quickly what changes are working and which ones aren't.

The add on in chrome is great for quick on page insights. customer journey mapping is also incredibly valuable.

Hard to get the hang of, so I recommend utilizing how-to guides as you're starting out.

Zoning analysis is one of the most useful features. It allows you to see the click zones of users and to discover areas of frustration (click on non-clickable areas for example)

Mapping can take a long time to set up. In addition, the different page categories are only suitable for ecommerce sites. Even if this has no impact on the use of the tool, this could be improved.

We discovered areas of frustration in the user journey that we quickly optimized.

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is a great platform to dissect and digest data about your website easily and intuitively. They have a great support team to help you go through use cases on how you can use the data to optimise your website towards your goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike except it could be cheaper - but you get what you pay for so it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to improve rates of key metrics on key pages via data analysis on other aspects than just "CTR".

What do you like best about the product?
ContentSquare is a key player, an inevitable tool in order to validate UX hypothesis & give more value to our CRO strategy. It helps us being client focus with analysis on customer needs & behaviors. Icing on the cake : we are supported by a great team of experts, permitting us to improve our skills and be autonomous at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Online trainings could be proposed, but there is no special feature to improve in my opinion. We are looking foward to have the full implementation/deployment of Hotjar to enjoy a complete tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are especially solving decision-making difficulties as it is always hard to propose new features on our website with only figures analysis. With ContentSquare we are able to go further than just figures, we analyse behaviors, user priorities, paths, devices, periods, etc. The key benefits are being able to be fully customer oriented and concrete.

Page mapping and video replays of the visitor interactions have been incredibly helpful for understanding how the individual interacts with our site and what we can do to improve it.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides have really been detected. It's been a great experience using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ContentSquare has allowed my team to make adjustments to the layout of our site based on certain frustrations or triggers that the site visitor displays. It has allowed us to optimize the layout so that we can ensure the visitor is interacting with as much of the site as possible.

the complexity of the UI to create mapping and segmentations to execute and meet the needs

Get additional business insights without the tagging and facilitate an easy adoption of the data
