A powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is very powerful. You can cross any specific data, create as many segments or goals as you need, and overall you can deeply analyze the customer journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Contentsquare is that the onboarding is pretty long, and the platform is not very easy to familiarize yourself with as a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare gathers all the data and tools you need in one place, so you don't need different platforms anymore. This is a huge time saver; you can go deeper into the analysis.

What do you dislike about the product?
to not compare 2 versions of an AB test on 2 differents zonings (even if it's the same page). It looks like logical on the paper but sometimes according to the context of AB test we need to compare on the same screen. In this case we need to copy/past every one one a ppt slide to analyse
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
understand some misunderstood fields, understand the useless of some parts of the website (fields, zone etc).
It helps to agree everyone around datas (and not importants things for salarys enot not fir the user online)

Contentsquare allows you to dive into the behaviour behind the metrics, to help understand the why behind what you see
What do you dislike about the product?
Defining the Segments /conditions can sometimes be laborious, and Mapping takes time, but once they are set up it's fine

We can identify friction points in User journeys and pinpoint where users abandon processes to improve Conversion rates, whilst identifying opportunities for change and reducing User frustration

What do you like best about the product?
Before using Contensquare it was difficult to understand how users interacted on our site and what were points to improve to make navigation easy and intuitive.
Using this tool for analyzing AB test results has allowed us to make fundamental decisions to improve the UX of the purchasing process.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it's not that easy to understand how to set it up correctly and how to read the data, so some training is needed.
Also, it is not possible to archive old content and after a while, it gets a bit confusing within the workspace.

During the restyle of the checkout process, it helped us understand where our users were struggling to improve it.
Good tool for analysis
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite easy to use and offers metrics and types of analysis that other similar tools do not have (such as journey or zoning). I would also like to highlight the very helpful support staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations creating targets, segments or mappings, such as character limits or the use of regex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful to me to go deeper into product analysis and UX. The most useful for me has definitely been the Journey and Zone Analysis module.

Content Square is a great tool to optimize UX on either our website or mobile apps. Because the U.I is intuitive, it is the most analytical tool used across digital teams. New features are regularly launched. Content Square is not just a tool, it is a great service, a great team that help us.

A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for

How easy the tool is to use, the real opportunity to learn a lot from your onsite customer habits and make efficient and real-time updates on the website. Also, the great and powerful community they created.

There's always an opportunity to do things better but for now, there is nothing I dislike
