A great tool to quickly identify and solve issues
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get quick insights from the tool to help make informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have a lot of pages on your site, the set-up and maintenance can be a bit manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us see the customer journey in a clearer way than other analytics tools, and can help us quickly identify pain points and fix them within the journey.

My favourite platform for Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I think that Zoning is my favourite tool inside Contentsquare for tracking KPI suck click & Journey Analysis is the second one to understand how the user move into the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get some problems using zoning mobile such us not getting click data and not viewing the banner images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think that Contentsquare solve the problem to get data quicky and in a visual way ready to be attached to a presentation, that's cool!
Extremely powerful tool for analysis
What do you like best about the product?
The wide variety of analysis tools are brilliant, and they all provide valuable insights. Outside of the platform, the CS team are super helpful and are always willing to provide support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool can be intimidating in the beginning. Due to its complex nature, getting people to adopt it as part of their processes has been difficult. However, there are loads of online resources, and the CS team are happy to help answer questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has so far been beneficial in helping us make more data-driven decisions. Especially paired with qualitative data from user research. It is helping us make more informed decisions quicker.
great tool to improve website UX
What do you like best about the product?
the way kpis are displayed immediately and in a intuitive layout

sometimes it's not that simple to extrapolate insights and improvements of the current actions from CS only

at the moment we do not have an active account for Italy
Well, I've just started using it, also just get done both tests in Digital, Fundamentals and Expert.
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoning tool helps you out by doing a sort of heatmap of the website. Also, the session replay is more of a qualitative research feature inside the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sure there are a lot of things that it may feel overwhelming at the beginning, but with a little bit of training, everything can be learned; tho is a super helpful tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, for all the AB testing parts, we need to understand our user's needs and behaviors, so of course, it helps us a lot in terms of analysis, and we dispone a lot of features.
Excellent DX tool
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is a helpful tool for analyzing and monitoring a website's performance. I like the funnel structure of this platform that enables to analyze from macro to micro. The interface is intuitive, and the features are enriched with graphs, widgets and visual items that allow easy data comprehension, even for those who are not professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe more extended data storage would be convenient in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent tool for making data-driven decisions, optimizing UX, understanding how users interact with the website and monitoring its conversion rate.
Great tool providing great insights
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare have understood what great user experience is. I feel well equipped using Contentsquare to make educated decisions and recommendations in my role as UX lead. The Contentsquare team supported us from the start and stay engaged throughout through 1-1 sessions and bi-weekly calls. I love that they keep improving the tool to make it even better and easier to use.

Sometimes you get a bit too many insights and starting an analysis can get you down a rabbit hole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with making data drive decisions from Merchandising, Product marketing to UX.

The tool has a lot of really cool features: session replay on web, zoning analysis, and the chrome plugin for web makes it really easy and quick to pull metrics when needed.

The mapping setup piece is a bit confusing, at the moment we're only able to pull 3 months of data

A powerful tool for quality
What do you like best about the product?
The Journey Analysis is without context the tool I like to spend the most time on to analyze the behaviour of Internet users on my site globally. It's a bit my reward for the hard work I put into the mappings (it takes a lot of work and patience to have a relevant mapping with a good exhaustivity rate).
What do you dislike about the product?
The Workspace part could be improved to offer more widgets for a more dynamic and diversified design. Of course, we are in the world of data, but when it comes to presenting data to an uninformed public, it must be relevant AND attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare is a powerful tool for the continuous improvement of a website. It allows you to confirm or refute by numbers an intuition that you have and is therefore a precious help to the decision. The regular consultation of the data can also allow spotting relevant clues on the efficiency or the inefficiency of a page or a development.
I appreciate the fact that an add-on like CS Live gives quick and easy access to relevant data to non-experts who would never have set foot on the platform, which is rather reserved for analysis lovers.

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare provides a user-friendly interface to visually surface insights, hence is quite helpful for business and technical folks across the organisation to analyse and extract insights without needing the assistance of analysts or data scientists.
Their training and onboarding program is one of the best I have seen in my career. It is perfectly scheduled with small, medium and long-term objectives and is tailored to how your team operates.

What do you dislike about the product?
With great power comes great responsibility, while Contentsquare is super powerful for making deep dive analyses, it is also somewhat easy to extract incorrect results if you are not careful with the segments and mappings you use while using any specific module.
I don't dislike this aspect of the product, and most great products have a learning curve. The product should clarify that the application of incorrect configurations can provide vastly incoherent results.

For us, the primary use case for Contentsquare was to help with AB test analysis and gather more insights to hypothesise more experiment ideas.
It has proven to be more than capable for those and more use cases, some of which we still uncover every other week. We have yet to use the product to its full potential, but we can see there is much value to be realised.
