Helpful tool for website improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to get insights about a web page or group of pages in a relatively short time (CS Live and page on the fly tools).
What do you dislike about the product?
Journey analysis can seem imprecise. Depends heavily on proper site mapping set-up which can sometimes be difficult to do correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using CS to continue improving the user experience on our website. The goal is to shorten their web journeys and make finding the information they are looking for easier.

Uno strumento che diventa fondamentale se si tratta di ottimizzare l'esperienza e le performance
What do you like best about the product?
What do you dislike about the product?
Non sempre è super intuitiva la parte di mapping e regex ma ci stanno lavorando e già con gli ultimi rilasci è nettamente migliorata.

Fundamental tool for improving UX
What do you like best about the product?
Once you know how to use the tool, it's very quick and easy to get valuable insights. Zoning Analysis is used frequently and is especially powerful regarding quick optimisations. In just a few minutes, you can identify users' most common issues and what is (or isn't) working for that page. I particularly like the ability to assign specific goals to the conversion metric to give you more relevant data for pages with different objectives.
Aside from the tool, the support given by Contentsquare has been massively helpful. Our CSM is always on hand to provide support and suggestions on how to push our analysis/optimisations.

What do you dislike about the product?
No tool is without some issues; a couple of minor things I have found:
- The tool can get stuck 'loading' when looking at more complex data, sometimes requiring you to refresh or set parameters again
- The mapping module feels more clunky than other modules. Editing mappings or trying to isolate certain pages from mappings to analyse could be simpler
- Some data can be inconsistent when working with other tools, such as GA. It can be hard to decipher which is correct
It's also fair to mention that Contentsquare seems to be working on new features often and looking to improve the tool consistently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are relatively new to Contentsquare and analysis tools, it's significantly impacted our ability to be more data-driven. Previously, our decisions would be driven by recent trends or opinions, which is unreliable. Using Contentsquare, we can now demonstrate why our choices have been made and, more crucially, track their efficacy and report on their value.
Easy to use & actionable insight
What do you like best about the product?
Zoning analysis really brings to life what the user sees and acts like on a page!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that I don't have enough time to use it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have improved the layout of our pages, and that gets customers to conversion pages quicker!
Powerful Tool Supporting Our Data Driven Journey
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is just to jump in and do some analysis, getting powerful insights within minutes. From zoning up a page to analysing a user's journey in a matter of minutes has helped us push our weekly trade reviews to ensure we're constantly reviewing the work we do. Analysing what our users are doing so we can react to any shifts in trends and ease any pain points. We are also hugely grateful to the Content Square team, particularly our CSM, supporting us on our journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the main downside with ContentSquare is the tool's speed; although getting to the data you need more often than not is quick, we can sometimes face speed issues when running more extensive queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often work on opinions, hunches... Content Square has helped us move away from this and be more data driven. Less 'I think we should do this' and more 'the data tells us we should be doing this'
Must-have tool for CRO specialist
What do you like best about the product?
The history of analysis can be divided into two moments: before and after Contentsquare.
Compared to other similar tools, Contentsquare offers a much simpler interface and a much greater depth of analysis.
Journey analyisys, Page comparator and Impact quantification are indispensable tools if you want to identify weaknesses in a web page and design data-driven functional solutions.
Both Customer Success and Support are always available and ready to help you solve any kind of problem.

What do you dislike about the product?
If other quantitative analysis tools are also used (e.g., AB testing tools), it happens to be faced with inconsistent data; it is not always easy to find a solution to these situations.
I think that the Session Recording area is the weak point of the tool. Other solutions offer the same service in a better way.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare helps make thoughtful design decisions and optimise the user experience.
When used in tandem with other qualitative and quantitative analysis tools, such as AB testing or User testing tools, you can say you are doing everything you can to take the user experience to another level.

Simple but impactful reports for the data hungry
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of their reporting and UI;
This helps every team to use the tool independently and without continuous support.
This helps every team to use the tool independently and without continuous support.
What do you dislike about the product?
How easy it is to mess it up, as it's open to everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us understand WHY are people behaving in certain ways
Making content analysis more visual and digestible!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoning Analysis and the CS Live tool are the areas I use the most day-to-day. You can get a quick read on how your content is performing within just a few clicks! You are able to monitor your live content to see how it is performing in real-time, you can make decisions based on the metrics you are seeing, and optimise either immediately if you have the resource to or plan to optimise in the future based on your learnings.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would like to see in the future from Contentsquare is an automated report that can be generated daily/weekly/monthly etc - at the moment there is nowhere to collect your data, as CSQ is a tool that is dynamic, you cant keep analysis. Once you change the dates to look at something else you lose what you were last looking at. It would be great if there was a more friendly and less manual method of transferring the data into benchmarking/report of content performance from a particular campaign you have been working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare allows us to objectively look at content performance, it helps us to collect factual evidence of performance which can help inform future decisions. We are able to see how much our customers engage with the content we serve them, and ultimately learn more from their behaviors and interaction. This will help up become more bespoke for different customer segments and territories in the future.
