Highly valuable insights and great customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to delve into the data to see where we are missing opportunities, where we can improve on-site experience and measure the impact of changes that we make.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say a downside is that there isn't a space on the platform yet where all the research and findings can be stored and organised. I think having this would make data analysis much more friendly to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us propose new business cases for change we want to implement. It's then helping us measure the impact of these changes and give a value to them. We are able to really get into detail that we wouldn't see if we didn't use Content Square.

What do you like best about the product?
An easy to use interface with access to great tools that allow me to identify opportunities or identify customer problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love the ability to save preferred states or set-ups in journey analysis or page comparator, so I could quickly retrieve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me understand what our customers are doing when managing their account, which has been difficult to do in the past.
So easy for any team at all levels to use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly user-friendly; it makes it easy to get insights and take action on them. The service you receive from the content square team is second to none. They are good at coming to you with new ideas and opportunities to improve your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides for me; there are always new updates to functionality also, which means this tool is of excellent value!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a service which gives insights and analysis on pages, customer journeys, segments, error analysis, impact analysis. It benefits us as we now have insights we can action with haste and we know what items require our largest attention.

What do you like best about the product?
Before getting on board with ContentSquare we had limited insisghts to our customer behaviour. Other analytics tools told us the "What" but Contentsquare was better at telling us the "Why".
Across different teams, we all use CS daily with different use cases. I work in experimentation and the CS is invaluable in my work. The platform is engaging, visual & provides digestable insights to the stakeholders that don't always have the time to look at things granularly.
Finally, the team at CS is brilliant, especially Eleanor Vernall who goes above and beyond in taking care of us!

Workspaces could do with some improvement, but nothing major. And sometimes load time can be a pain, or random glitches but hey, that can be said about a lot of tools and the CS team are quick to help resolve things!

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare allows you to better understand the customers' intentions and needs on the website. What we are not able to discover or interpret from the traffic data or comments in Customer Voice, we can accurately analyze by looking at the user's activity on the website or by following their actions through session replays. I believe that it is a tool with great potential, with a lot to offer, especially to people dealing with digital marketing and Internet topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The values for the visits are not always accurate, I prefer to use another tool to check the volume of the traffic. Sometimes the tool gets slower and needs to be refreshed.

What do you like best about the product?
For someone that isn't analytical, the visualisation of data is perfect for insights and behaviour data

It does take time to learn how to get around, but the more you use it, the easier it gets

As we're on a platform migration journey, this is helping us to baseline our experience to reduce risk when we migrate

Powerful tool with intuitive features
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare allows me to find & share quick insights from its Chrome extension and heatmapping/zoning tool. It also has various modules that allow me to dig into raw data and gather evidence for testing hypotheses. I love that it enables quick finds and also longer, more in-depth analyses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contentsquare can have a long load time (but not all the time)

Optimizing areas of our flow that are current pain points for users
Valuable Insights ContentSquare Provides
What do you like best about the product?
I like using the CS tool to supplement my insights for my company's digital channel. I think CS Live is user-friendly. Lastly, I enjoy working with the CS support team (Nelly & Phil)
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge I have with CS, which most likely due to my learning curve, is creating zonings and mappings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CS provides supplemental insights and adds a 3rd dimension to my findings. I use CS when I need to include visualizations/metrics (i.e. Attractiveness Rate) that only CS can provide.
