My SENSEtional Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Our company began its experience with Qlik 6 years ago. At the beginning we used View and for two years we have integrated Sense and Nprinting. The IT (business intelligence) team and the MS (advanced analytics) team coordinate the infrastructure and manage the releases, which reach every branch of the company.
I believe that thanks to its scalability it is suitable for medium to large companies. The complexity of the proprietary language and the link with scripting make it not very accessible to small companies, where however it is certainly less necessary
What do you dislike about the product?
The three main points on which the tool can be improved are undoubtedly: to allow a greater possibility of native customization, to allow less link to scripting and more wizards and finally to provide certified and officially maintained extensions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring of KPIs for Management and declination on individual departments
Integration of different company worlds and sharing of common information
Possibility of analysis on complex and advanced insights

What do you like best about the product?
Qlik is being used by our organization to track our quarterly numbers, baselines from previous quarters, and years, and connect with other data sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to update in real time sometimes and having AI/ML piceses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program is important so that I can see how my customers have consuming n the past and opportunities for me to grow them in the future.

Qlik ui is good. The developer options are very nice and no need of installing

Sometimes its hard to find where the properties are and also its has less visualization

Sometimes creating the right visualizations is difficult and requires more time / effort.

The software is very versatile and the UI is intuitive. The company support is very easy to get in touch with and very helpful.

Can get a little slow with large datasets. It can be overwhelming to work with so much data.

We have not realized any of the benefits yet.

Need to use it almost every day to get an accurate picture .

Not really solved any problems but it helped us better understand our market and their needs
Qlik is a huge platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see all of my metrics in one place. It's easy to navigate and see trends over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything not to like about Qlik. The more data you need to process, the longer it takes, but that is the case with any program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see my personal performance as well as the performance metrics of my whole team. I personally used this application to gather call times for our contact center and report them in our newsletter.
Useful and Versitile Tool

Qlik can be used as a dashboard to report real-time data for high-level leaders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qlik has a tendency to have long lag times when refreshing the dashboard

We are using Qlik to report real time data for facility revenues and expenses
Easy to use analytics platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Qlik renders the charts and the graphics used to measure our business. The platform is also very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
As good as the graphics are, I’d like to see them refreshed and modernized. I would also like to see easy import of data or connectivity into CRM’s, such as salesforce

The ability to inspect measure and analyze our marketing funnel. The benefits have been easy to access and visually appealing the data rendering that allowed for easy inspection of KPI‘s
