not a very large portfolio of charts: some user requirement do require some ingenuity to be implemented and other are not feasible at all

understand how to leverage its main strenght which is the associative engine. Do not expect to build a whole dwh.
You should also understand that it does require a user to change its mindset, so a move towards innovation is to be strongly supported.

Qlik: A highly versatile BI tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to shape the data in the load script is most useful in my role. The fact that you can take a dataset and mold it into a dimensionalised schema with pre-calculated fields is great efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visualisations aesthetics can be a little clunky sometimes but Qlik is getting better at providing options in the updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're finding work items that previously had gone missing because other BI tools required subsetting to certain teams in 'where' statements. This has allowed us to see all the data visualised and see things that previously were hidden.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The ability to get into the back end of the data model and add variables is amazing. The model can be updated and moved around to suit the stakeholders use case and gain the most benefit in gaining insights into their data.

Simple, easy, and quick development experience with extensive data modeling capabilities for full ETL and complex data transformations
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no global way to apply number formatting requiring extremely tedious manual configurations for every field in every chart. Also the Insights generated are pretty terrible.

As for me i never find any issue on the product configuration process and i did not take long to understand its usability.

Supports agile and statistical functionalities for a well-structured pattern visualization, to acquire modern knowledge of any work to be promoted, including that it has an incredible use option implemented, which is a transformation of files for all information sources in useful data for the collaborative processes that some user needs, above all so that no failures are found in their fields of work, without excluding that it is a very easy to use platform once its essential themes are understood.

They need better tools to promote a guaranteed functionality in the statistical data that it creates based on information extracted from different sources, especially to maintain precision of the studies carried out on the processes that are developed in one of the sectors that the company feeds, mentioning that their pricing models convey a negative aspect, with a bad design in their images with packages of different functions for different areas.

This software is used in our organization to make daily operational reports, with multiple different purposes in the sectors that develop these analyzes, because it is implemented at a general level, which wants to describe that all our departments with variables specific functions in the laboratory fields also use QlikView to promote the different final studies of their work, including for certain failures that sometimes appear on the company's servers.

Very powerful in-memory analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
The one thing where Qlikview stands out amongst its competitors is its ability to perform complex calculations quickly as it is an in-memory tool. It is really developer-friendly and one can quickly create complex and powerful dashboards. I found the interface to be really intuitive and will strongly suggest people to use QVDs to load data to increase performance. The data loading and manipulation language is also quite easy to get used to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it to be a tad bit slow compared to other tools when connected with large databases. It doesn't do great compared to its rivals when it comes to user-friendly ad-hoc reporting but I guess Qlik Tech developed QlikSense for that purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Qlikview extensively to create sales dashboards for Pharma giants to report their OTC P&L. They get data at different levels of the hierarchy depending on the region of sales and Qlikview handles the aggregations and relationships really well. Also, these companies deal with huge datasets and QVDs make them really efficient to load.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use QVDs instead of loading data directly from the sources to the dashboard. Also, ensure you try the most time-consuming calculations in the data load and transform code.

Insight sharing and easy internally chatting system with amazing data discovering visual analytics capabilities. Qlik Sense its more productive package for various projects coordination, effective purchasing and the reporting.

BI Tool with Strong ETL
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to handle and manage large datasets is a big plus for Qlikview over other tools such as Tableau. It can handle large volumes of data even on local machine and still work smoothly. On the same volume of data, other tools almost stop working.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of quality of visualizations, Qlikview can further improve and add more charts. Moreover, making of charts can be made more intuitive, and drag-and-drop kind of a thing - essentially minimize the coding aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The sheet level security rule is very complex and not scalable enough.
As for Visualization customizing, Qlik sense is still lagging and required purchasing of pricey extensions from third side companies if you want to develop with the use of less common features.
