Best training Platform I have ever experienced
What do you like best about the product?
The best part in cloud academy is the teaching pattern of every topic. It is chosen very wisely to make the theory part less and stringent to the point. Labs are the main pillars for getting hands dirty. No other online training has this options.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far i did not experience any such points for dislike. If i find anything will update in email for correcting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fordham University IT uses Cloud Academy to stay current with topics that pertain to our daily work.
What do you like best about the product?
The most distinguishing service that Cloud Academy provides is the certification prep tests that other online training programs do not. It helped me pass my Azure Fundamentals certification exam.
What do you dislike about the product?
When following a specific training program, I sometimes lose track of where I left off. I have bookmarked it, but I sometimes need to search again to find my place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A program that offers ITIL training while we migrate to ServiceNow - ITIL platform. Also, AWS and Azure Cloud training and certification paths that help Fordham employees leverage the services we can provision in AWS and Azure.
Cloud Academy has greatly enhanced my career
What do you like best about the product?
I have completed all of the couples and labs for "AWS Certified Database - Specialty (DBS-C01) Certification Preparation for AWS" and I am 55% completed for the "AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty (DAS-C01) Certification Preparation for AWS". The courses are very comprehensive, easy to understand, just the right amount of material at a time, and well presented. The labs are all well put together, easy to follow, properly explained, with good references, and opportunities to experiment. I always get done with time to spare. I have enjoyed doing the course work. The material has helped me on the job and has helped me prepare fopr the AWS exams that I am planning on taking in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about Cloud Academy. One instructor talks very fast, so I had to back and do the course a second time. One course was a bit out of date, and the demo didn't match the actual AWS experience. But they are always working to update their courses, and I have received emails from Cloud Academy telling me that a course I have taken has been updated. They have lab challenges occasionally, and I felt unprepared for them, but I eventually figured them out and got past them. But overall, the things I complain about aren't much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving my skills with AWS, as a data engineer, and as a BI Developer.
I expect to be able to pass at least 1 AWS exam.

Great cloud training and hands-on labs
What do you like best about the product?
I've been able to get two more certifications after starting the training with Cloud Academy. Every major certification has a learning path that leverages training videos, quizzes, tests and hands-on labs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Content is updated often. Great training option overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me cover the gap I had in my knowledge on cloud platforms. The hands-on labs are a great practicing tool.
Great course platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very good content quality, and good coverage on public cloud providers' certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos on the platform sometime freezes, and I have to refresh them.

Cloud Academy is the platform I chose to get prepared to many IT certifications I'm taking.
Great content, great methodology
What do you like best about the product?
It's got learning resources which are ever evolving like the cloud. It breaks down complex concepts into bite-size chunks which allows them to cater to different learning styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything, the learning modules are fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reading entire books can be difficult and they are a common way to study for certificates. Using cloudacademy makes it much more straightforward; less overwhelming.
Top notch customer care, great content, nice platform
What do you like best about the product?
Never had such a great experience with customer care. It's like they are there for you only. The platform is good, it has some room for improvement in terms of navigation, but once you get the hang of it, it's totally fine. Also, the content is very well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform UX and navigation are a bit green in terms of structure (very polished as a product, though). It's sometimes confusing, and I got lost more than once. A bit of confusion comes from overlapping terms like training plans and training paths. You have to get used to them to avoid feeling stupid :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has a set of certified training programs for cloud engineers. We used to offer other training platforms in the past, but we switched to Cloud Academy in search for more stability and better content. We found more than that: their customer success personnel is one of the best out there! Perfectly trained, always prepared, respectful of your time, never trying to upsell stuff, but always ready to suggest if a feature you may have missed may work for you; proactive and autonomous, you can count on them.
The other boon we discovered is that the platform is designed from the ground up for a corporate use case. You can create customized training paths for your workforce, save them as templates and monitor how far one is going with their training. A training path may consist of video courses, labs and sandboxes. Exam simulations and assignments are also there so you can test your skills.

Informative training modules and rich in content
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Academy AWS's training model is very impressive, and trainers are on well verge with the new technology enterprise solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I got a very short time frame to complete the training online, so request to create 60 days module for AWS professional training instead of 90 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me a lot as a working professional pulling out sometimes in a day is very tough, but going through your moule it becomes very easy to understand the AWS services, and it's a concept.

Content is great, but it can be organised a bit better, I believe, including the search

Great Learning Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The qualtity and range of course that are available are amazing. I used the material to pass multiple Amazon web servce and goggle cloud certification. Cloud Academy is the best resource I have found.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some courses that are not complete and only have text or links. These are generally the new courses that cover new material. Apart from that no bad feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problem that Cloud Academy solves is that the range of training allows user to learn mutlple cloud providers at the same time. This will allow user to operate in a mutli cloud enviroment.
