Its a good solution for instant messages e interaction with other teams of the organization

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of communication and access. The app doesn't use much memory and navigation is smooth. The way to communicate is very agile and I highly recommend its use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Rocket installed internally in the company and sometimes it shows slowness, but I believe it is something related to the company's server and not the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agility in communication between teams, whether through direct messaging or even with groups and channels. The visual organization of the tool is also very good, which facilitates communication.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an extremely visual and easy-to-learn tool. In addition to being extremely efficient In addition to being an extremely safe tool, it also promotes Audio and video conferences;
Screen and file sharing;
LDAP authentication, Group Sync, two-factor authentication (2FA);
E2E encryption, SSO;
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that it could have the functionality to delete specific groups after finishing the due subject. And that it doesn't delete the messages after a while. I still see stability issues, sometimes chats not refreshing, and random minor issues. It's quite hard to debug/diagnose the issue, and on GitHub, some issues have been waiting for weeks or months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket Chat has been a facilitator and optimizer in my day to day work, quickly and effectively enabling the home office to work collaboratively, allowing communication between teams and optimizing processes

Great integration with multiple communication channels, as well as internal communication
What do you dislike about the product?
The Community version can feel half-baked at times. One key feature my client needed was email integration which barely worked on the community version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating multiple communication channels, while allowing the team to collaborate. All in a single place without context switching.
