What do you like best about the product?
practicality, innovative, it brings many conveniences, sends images, groups, very similar to WhatsApp
of a well-built tool
What do you dislike about the product?
it doesn't pop up on the screen when someone sends a message
it should always alert any message from the user like the old spark
but quite usual
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
here did not meet the demands, the same did not have adherence

What do you like best about the product?
The appearance is quite functional. I like the option to create chat rooms where we can talk with our internal and external collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to complain about him so far. We were just a little upset because a large part of our collaborators did not adopt the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regarding our last tool, which was quite obsolete and did not allow us to create various rooms. This tool, in addition to having a very functional design, assists us in better communication with our internal and external collaborators.

What do you like best about the product?
All the possibilities of integraiton with external tools. Also, the possibility to have a unique place to talk with my team with different channels and people .
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some problems with my ios application which logouts everytime i close it. Also, i would like to have video tutorial to pass to my non tech teams to facilitate our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the rocket chat solves problems like having one place to talk about work without having messages from family, clients, etc. Also, protects the confidential data of my bussiness.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe that the ease of installation, using SNAP, Docker or Kubernetes, is one of my strongest points.
But the various features like LiveChat, and integrations with webhooks are very good and simple to install
What do you dislike about the product?
In my view as an administrator, the features related to the Federation are not very useful from my point of view.
It may be something useful for other admins but I believe it is not something so interesting for the vast majority of users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to internal communication, helping with compliance between teams, we are also solving several other problems, such as the use of livechat and the entire omnichannel part of the software, which has been guaranteeing us various data regarding support, commercial and financial services.

I can install locally and it is free.

The process of updating the database could be 'easier'.

Rocket.chat makes communication easy, not as slow as an email nor as fast as a call.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an open source platform and is very flexible it's very customizable and is present in almost all platforms it can also be integrated with jira and GitHub as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The User experience might be an issue for the users as it's difficult to switch around if the default UI can be improved it would be great and the file sharing size is limited

It act as a single platform where all team members can collaborate and contribute and since it's open source it's free for the organisationthe main point is it act as a centralised point for all the team members

What do you like best about the product?
Rocket.Chat makes it easy to maintain an open channel of communication for both current and potential customers. With Rocket.Chat, we can solve problems, answer sales questions, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration/onboarding process for Rocket.Chat was a little shaky at first, however once the tool was added we have seen positive results. A training guide or step-by-step document would have been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket.Chat has opened a channel to our customers that we did not previously have. With this tool we are able to speak with our customers quickly and securely while saving them time and frustration as well.

What do you like best about the product?
This powerful communication platform has everything I need to collaborate with my team, from private messaging to file sharing and video conferencing. The interface is user-friendly and the features are top-notch. Plus, the ability to customize and integrate with other apps makes it a game-changer for our workflow. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
While Rocket.Chat has many positives, there are a few areas that could use improvement. For one, the mobile app can be glitchy at times and the notifications can be delayed. Additionally, some of the more advanced features can be difficult to navigate without prior knowledge or training. Nonetheless, these issues are minor compared to the overall value Rocket.Chat provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket.Chat is solving several problems for my team and me. Firstly, it has eliminated the need for multiple communication tools, streamlining our workflow and keeping all our conversations and files in one place. Secondly, the platform's robust search function has made finding information a breeze. And thirdly, Rocket.Chat's ability to integrate with other apps has allowed us to automate repetitive tasks, saving us time and effort. Overall, Rocket.Chat has significantly improved our efficiency and collaboration, resulting in higher productivity and better outcomes.
