RocketChat Utilization
What do you like best about the product?
Using it is very simple and easy. With intuitive screens and excellent features for any corporate environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could be implemented, in addition to improving some features, such as the use of threads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a complete communication platform for our company, accessible from anywhere.
Very good and practical tool to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive chat, easy to access conversations, create users, it is a fast application that almost never presents problems, the support from Rocket Chat is also very good and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quoting messages is a bit confusing, but nothing that hinders too much. The app on the phone also has a delay in messages when accessing the app, the messages take time to arrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The rocket is helping in various aspects of the business, such as the ease of including visitors in the chat and unifying communication with the company's partner clients.
Rocketchat is taking away key features in version 6
What do you like best about the product?
We have been a long-time fans of rocket chat. We have installed many community servers for small businesses. Self-hosted chat helps keep important things private.
What do you dislike about the product?
Version 6 changed key features in Rocketchat. They took away read receipts. Sending a message to someone and not knowing if they received/read it is not communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduction of email, better collaboration and integration with other opensource products. However, since March 2023 key features were removed in the community edition.
Easy integration and usability
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of omnichannel integration and usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the administration and Omnichannel menus should be well separated to avoid confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Service organized by order of arrival and distribution of service. The customer no longer had to spend minutes on the phone waiting to be attended to.
Awesome multi channel chat tool
What do you like best about the product?
I just like the flexibility of the dashboard and also the multiuser interface .
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really. it is working just great. you just might want to try it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To chat internally as well as with customers very fast over many channels. Love it. We are definitely more productive ever since using rocket chat.
"Excellent Open Source Chat Solution with Many Integrations"
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Rocket.Chat provides all of the chat solutions I am looking for. Public channels, private channels, private messaging, Webhooks and integrations, SMS, and a website chat widget. Setup is incredibly easy using Docker or Ubuntu Snap.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a couple of quirks in the iOS app, but overall it runs smoothly. Accessing and registering for the Rocket.Chat cloud marketplace is not as intuitive as it could be. The marketplace also requires a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket. Chat is a reliable communication platform for high-private team chatting and collaboration. The highly scalable solution increases business efficiency by bringing messages, video calls, file sharing and all team communication into one place. A considerable advantage of Rocket. Chat is our Omnichannel feature, allowing your customers to choose how to contact you (Whatsapp, social media, website).
My Review of Rocket.Chat
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy to build a Chat application easily using the open source codebase. This helped my previous organization build an alternative to Slack in a short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Notification interface of Rocket.Chat, although it can be customized but it should come out excellently by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The exorbitant cost of running a large scale organization using SaaS like Slack, Microsoft Teams etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocket is very much light weight communication channel within the organisation. Sharing of documents and creation of group chat is best features. You can create your own channel for any kind of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike only improvement is on area of more features. Searching of chat can be improved by adding more search options on various levels. Looking forward to have very soon.
