A powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Rocket.Chat is an adaptive, customizable and scalable software for organizations. You can integrate things in the Marketplace or create your own scripts to customize a bot
What do you dislike about the product?
The graphic interface is a bit uncomfortable compared to other applications; some things don't work correctly; for example, the user name is shown instead of the real name in reactions. There are small things to improve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most essential thing in an organization is communication. Rocket.Chat is a helpful tool when you are in a big organization; we use bots to make handy informs that help us improve processes and reach our goals

What do you like best about the product?
I love how rocket.chat makes it possible to organize on topics, making communication much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Last month, the system was down on two occasions. And when we receive audio messages. the notification appears as if we have received a file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket.chat helps organize communication by projects. Facilitating both communication and project management. It helps in productivity.
Extremely flexible platform
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent. It is a flexible and easy-to-handle platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least useful is not being able to send HSMs to WhatsApp in the Omnichannel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal communication at the moment.

The multiple channels to colloborate helps a lot in wfh environments and makes communication seamless and secure. The APIs enable us to built our apps using the framework of rocket.chat to custom built enterprise level tools.

The learning curve takes time and the UI can be made more simpler with easier reports that are auto shared with company management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
making secure communication that is a formal and secure method to talk and colloborate between teams at office.
Open Source Chat that Supports Multiple Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Supports private messaging, multiple integrations, sms and webhooks. It is open source, so developers can provide input to help improve functionality and performance. It is possible to share one's screen as well as files.
What do you dislike about the product?
One has o subscribe to the costlier package to make the most of it because the free and single-user subscriptions have limited features. It can be challenging for less tech-savvy users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating with team members and partners sometimes in large groups which can be challenging. It helps us share work files, messages as well as video conference. This increases teamcollaborativeness and productivity

We use the tool for internal team communication and between teams. What we value most is the ability to integrate Rocket.chat with other tools, and we are getting a lot of benefit from it.

It's codebase is easily available and easy to customise

It doesn't support much of integrations on many services out of the box as compared to slack

It can have more integrations, like with atlasian stack and some other communication tools.

Providing us with a very easy to use communicative tool. And it is helping us to deal with remote work
