Great and flexible platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Rocket.Chat is the perfect platform for remote team collaboration. You can integrate it with so many other applications, configure it however it works best for your company and its security focus is unique on the market!
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be a bit less intuitive for people who are used to other platforms. However, I can assure that after you get used to it, using Rocket.Chat will be absolutely worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket.Chat can be the biggest ally to anyone aiming to collaborate in a remote team. Its functionalities and integrations help you achieve fluid and transparent work with your teammates, topping it off with giving you ease of mind with its data security features.

What do you like best about the product?
A hassle-free solution without the hassle of downloading of installing a mobile or web app. I just the conference by simply clicking a link. Presentation chats are moderated by the speaker who can directly chat with attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems as if everything we needed is provided from live presentations to point channels to direct messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Open channels for employees to share their impressions and provide suggestions about the organization and any technical difficulties.

The best thing about Rocket.chat is iits greatly privacy and security. Even the developers of Rocket.chat cannot retrieve private information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. I am pretty satisfied with Rocket.chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's one of the best platform for networking with community. The problem its solving is with privacy and security and it helps me to keep my information safe.
A great choice open source platform of chat.

Integrations on third-party systems. It is stable and has excellent documentation about the functionality's system. It has a great community that finds most of the solutions and possibilities of custom functions by Apps Engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not show the department's name in the "Queued Chats" (currently, it is necessary to click on the room to know the department), but this does not interfere with using rocket.chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Serving the population in the context of a health crisis, such as the Covid-19 pandemic: teleconsultations, telemonitoring and teleguidance with health professionals and chatbots.

Very flexible tool because it is highly customisable and has many integrations. For a technological tool to allow you to adjust all settings to your needs is really useful.

There is a lack of optimisation with respect to the CPU/RAM load of the systems, in that respect it is not very reliable.

No complaints as of yet. Everything seems to be working fine.

Securing the chat. Air-gapped environments can benefit from this app too. Very safe and it is open source. I can trust this tool for communication.

It does not have different themes and Dark Mode.

The best part for me is that it's Open Source and has a thriving community for support!

Well, the most expected feature for me would be DARK MODE and more collaboration features for the developer community....but as a contributor, I can't ask for more ✨🚀

As a contributor, Rocket.Chat helps me bridge the gap between the industry coding standards and my knowledge...i.e. adds so much value! As a user, well there's almost no lag in our day to day communications!
