Very nice and practical chat tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and intuitive tool. That comes with several features and settings. Very useful in everyday life, for exchanging quick messages and also supports the creation of teams and other channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Rocket's research very bad to work with. It is not as efficient as other available tools on the market. I believe that they could improve this resource more, seeing that there are several others that stand out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Rocket.Chat tool is solving the problem of fast communication between employees and teams. Streamlining the sending of screenshots, where they help in the better understanding of something that needs to be described.
Solve a lot of problems that I had with others chats and gave more options for how I can use a chat.
What do you like best about the product?
The mos helpful thing in Rocket.Chat for me is the user administration, since the registration and the permissions granularity too. Giving the possibility to choose what which user can do on the workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the application is a little "heavy" to run. When we have a channel with a lot of messages and threads (and the threads have too much messages too), take some time do load the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with our customers, the internal communication and the users' administration. Furthermore, the webhook integrations help with some monitoring applications.

The possibility to open a thread to talk about some subject, the "reply" feature

We cant connect different workspaces, so we have to open to many workspaces to deal with my company, rocket and clients

Update I see no issues with RocketChat. Sometimes the program crashes, but access via browser is perfect.

I really like that in addition to being able to perform calls, it has an area for internal communication. this makes it much easier to provide support or ask for help among collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
unfortunately, I don't have confidence with the data report that the rocket brings. every month I find differences between the analytics data and the data pulled by the service history.
Furthermore, I think that some features are not very user friendly, such as triggering tempate messages from the rocket.

Rocket has helped to manage the team's services, monitor and ombudsman.

The point that l consider a disadvantage as a solution partner is the fact that the prices are on the website, which makes it difficult to resell the products.

I had to switch in and out of email to use it so I often lost my place.
