What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend Rocket.Chat because it effectively addresses the organization's communication needs precisely by being functional, organized, and having excellent integration with applications and support with customized configurations.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I identify it as a very good platform and I have not yet found aspects that I would like to see improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal communication within the company and between teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Rocket.Chat for a few months now and I am really impressed with the platform. It is easy to use and set up, offers a wide range of features, and is extremely customizable to meet my needs.

One of my favorite things about Rocket.Chat is the ability to integrate it with other tools we already use, like Trello and Google Drive. This helps us keep all our information in one place and streamlines our workflow.

Additionally, Rocket.Chat has excellent customer support. Whenever I've had a question or issue, the support team was quick to respond and offered helpful solutions.

Overall, I would highly recommend Rocket.Chat to any team looking for a reliable, user-friendly communication platform packed with useful features. It truly is one of the best chat solutions available in the market today.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using rocket.chat was what most caught my attention. It is a simple software and fulfills the purpose of communication well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about rocket.chat is that it was sometimes slow when sending gifs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app version makes communication much easier when traveling. Your app is consistent and simple to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love opensource solutions, and everything those kinds of tools can do. Omnichannel is the present and the future of customer support

Push notifications and features are too limited on the free version

Can answer multiple customers at the same time that I use it for internal collaboration. That saves us time

What do you like best about the product?
The idea of replacing WhatsApp or other personal apps to business communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rocket.Chat uses english as it's standard language for communication - even with brazilian companies (at least it used to).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket.Chat tried to solve the problem caused by the usage of personal accounts on WhatsApp for business treats.

What do you like best about the product?
That is simple yet powerful and extensible. That there is active development in it and that it seems to be ever extensible.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could look more at the competition and not only Slack, Rockechat needs to be top of the spear and define the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are improving their reporting suite and actively working on creating a comprehensible business experience that renders actionable results and enhances the business workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, ability to create, join, and leave channels, and quick start to team collaboration. All the features are excellent.

Nothing to add. I really like using Rocket.chat!

Having good communication with my team even during the pandemic years, when everything suddenly changed from in-person to remote.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the possibility of integrating with different applications and the customizable configuration that adapts to each organization. The management of users with their permissions and roles is very good. The connection with external applications. The usage statistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when unexpected errors occur while performing some type of configuration; there should be better exception handling, as the errors are not easy to identify. The mobile application can be improved, especially in its performance, as it is not very smooth, and I would also apply improvements to its design. I am not pleased with the user experience regarding the way messages are written and their format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket.Chat solves the way of communication between employees of the organization and external clients who depend on it. With its functionalities, it benefits us by providing quick and easy access to relevant information for the organization, through channels associated with a bot and integration in between.
