Many things can be integrated and is easy to use.

There is only one webhook to integrate everything.

Centralize the means of communication and avoid delays in responding to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I work as a developer, and what attracts me the most is the freedom to use APIs to create custom integrations. Currently, through APIs, we perform custom integration of WhatsApp, a Bot for WhatsApp with routing to Rocket.Chat Departments, among other integrations that are in progress. Another very important point is the support service, which always returns to us with suggestions whenever there are doubts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is inaccessible for small clients.
Closed conversations cannot be deleted all at once (because many conversations are created for learning purposes and then have to be deleted one by one).
Due to the wide range of configuration possibilities, the learning curve ends up being large, as until you learn where to change the settings and how to operate it, many errors occur and the process has to be redone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrate my various contact methods (website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger), so I don't lose a lead regardless of which channel the customer reaches out to us.

What do you like best about the product?
Rocket.Chat is a very easy channel to use. However, I still use the free edition, which impacts usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, he loses the connection even with internet access.

What do you like best about the product?
Interacting with emojis and gifs in Channels is cool, the interface is simple

errors when sending files, problems with date, there are many permission configuration options that it is not clear what they will impact on access restrictions it is confusing

What do you like best about the product?
Versatility and customization. The strong point lies in the omnichannel configuration possibilities and the ease of integration with external systems, the app store is another strong point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of menus and submenus makes navigation confusing, even following the evolution of the product there is still a very large area to be explored in terms of usability. Another pain that needs to be improved is the point of communication with your support that often takes time. The permission system is a strong and weak point because as there is a large amount of permission, it becomes extremely difficult to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the platform to perform the service in the transition from virtual to human service. Attendance audit and metrics monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that with Rocket.Chat you have the option to use it on-premise or as SaaS, also the omnichannel features are outstanding compared to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of instant integrations as Slack offers, with Rocket.Chat you can integrate almost everything, but you have to deploy by yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows communication with coworkers and also customers thru the omnichannel funtionalitties, it is awesome to have both conversations at the same place.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive platform and support is very good, it helps us to see the performance of the people who are using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the analytical menu, there can be a general comparison between departments. Avoiding selecting one by one to see the performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can assess whether my company's chat bot is efficient, which conversations are circulating in rocket chat and thus we can improve our chat bot.

What do you like best about the product?
The hability to personalize settings, user permissions and the app makes Rocket Chat the best solution for enterprise communication with internal customer as well as final customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation website is not quite clear and misses some os the amazing features that comes along with community and enterprise options. Also the docs page should be available on other languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitar communication with other team members as well as final customers. With it we can solve problems in a fast manner as provide the final user with a great customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like we can create different channels and group conversation. And the idea our devs can change some features to match our necessities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can has bugs and I'd like I could call someone directly.

We are a remote company and use Rocket.chat as our communication platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really simple to use and delivers a lot, it's really straight foward to setup and provides a lot of insights for administrators.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the start we had some issues with estability and sometimes people get a lot of memory usage, but things got a lot better and also dark mode. Today, I really feel it's lacking a right click feature to show the options, instead going all the way to the right side and click on the three dots. I really like to compare rocket to Discord, since they share a lot of similarities, and this right click feature is something we really want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today we have so much better time on set up accounts and as soon as a new employee joins, with a few steps he's ready to go. Also as we have older employees, they got used fast to the rocket chat. It's a really good chat.
