Rocket.chat has quickly become central to our business
What do you like best about the product?
We began using Rocket.chat six months ago. In that short time frame, it has become a key tool for our volunteers to communicate with each other. In addition to the benefits of collaboration that it provides, it is also very useful for reminding our volunteers that they committed to helping someone shortly. We are finding new ways to use it all the time, and expect that it will become even more ingrained into our culture as time goes by.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have occasionally had users who were unable to log on through the mobile app. They were able to resolve their problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. That could be a problem with their device or with the app download.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a nonprofit organization, and Rocket.chat allows us to easily reach out to all of our volunteers. It also allows our volunteers to collaborate effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the high level of customization and the possibility to use it both via omnichannel and internally in the company. I think Rocket.Chat's big difference from the competitors are those two factors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my connection does not work properly with Rocket.Chat, and frequently happens that a message that I send is only delivered some days after, also it would be really better if it were faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket.Chat is solving my problems related to customer service and internal communication. I have realized that I got really productive when it comes to internal communication, because I enjoy the way channels work and the feature of pinning announcements has been helping me a lot to manage my team.

What do you like best about the product?
A plataforma é bem completa. Além de fazer a integração com o whatsapp (app que nossos clientes mais usam para entrar em contato), podemos fazer diversas coisas úteis para o nosso dia a dia, como taguear conversas, analisar dados, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quando finalizamos uma conversa com o cliente, tem a opção de colocar um comentário. Esse comentário é enviado para o cliente como se fosse a última mensagem que estamos enviando. Como isso não é intuitivo, nossos atendentes acabam colocando um comentário que seria apenas para si e não para o cliente.
Outro ponto é que para receber mansagens, tem um ícone de balão que deve estar em modo disponível, acho que a plataforma deveria mostrar uma mensagem na tela lembrando o usuário de ativar esse balão. E também seria legal ter uma mensagem lembrando de finalizar a conversa quando ela muito tempo em aberto.
Outro ponto é que para receber mansagens, tem um ícone de balão que deve estar em modo disponível, acho que a plataforma deveria mostrar uma mensagem na tela lembrando o usuário de ativar esse balão. E também seria legal ter uma mensagem lembrando de finalizar a conversa quando ela muito tempo em aberto.

Minha equipe desenvolveu uma assistente virtual, a Rocket.chat integra a assistente ao whatsapp. Com isso melhoramos muito a comunicação com o cliente. Outro ponto é a geração de dados que nossos funcionários precisam para fazer um relatório mensal.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked it because it was an innovative experience and something that the market didn't have yet and that was good to try a new toolthe best part was being able to have better control of the groups and manage my contacts
What do you dislike about the product?
The part that I least liked was the video calls which were a little complicated, compared to new software there are still many points to improve because I believe it is something not very cool

I believe that future improvements can bring something more beneficial to Rocket chat if they fix the this will improve the tool a lotvideo calls part and also the group management

Facilita o acumulo de de mensagens em um unico canal, tanto com clientes externos como com comunicação interna.
Flexible, integrated, and community-driven, but limited without best plan subscription.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Rocket.Chat because of its flexibility and integration. Integrations with other tools, in my case with Weni Platform, are very useful because they help to centralize our support and provide more capability for large teams. And finally, the fact that it is an open-source platform means that the developer community can contribute to its development and improvements, which is great because the platform is constantly evolving. I heavily rely on its API documentation, and I find it to be very good!
What do you dislike about the product?
To fully leverage the platform, subscribing to the best plan is recommended, as it grants access to strategic endpoints and routes. Without a subscription, users may find their experience limited and unable to achieve desired outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rocket.Chat is a human support tool for us. We have a chatbot that handles initial customer or lead inquiries and, when they require human assistance, we direct them to Rocket.Chat, where our sales team is available. One advantage of Rocket.Chat is the cost-benefit per user, as using another tool would be much more expensive.
It needs to be more usable

I like the fact to do chat with colleagues.

It's not so good to use with chatbot, to respond clients

Be more usable to user who's not be able in codification.

The best thing in rocket.chat in my opinion is it's livechat integration

Slow sometimes and it's database/backend resource consumotion are really high

That you can chat with your colleagues and clients on the same platform and have this registered and also use it on mobile and desktop version
