Perfect Solution For Data Base Management
What do you like best about the product?
Managing the workflow and dataset is very easy to use and integration our office tool with databricks also solve our lots of problem that create hassle on data handling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing databicks pre defied templates on analysing dataset is very easy job for me where I can use dozens of methods without any efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processing the data sets and analysing on databricks is very ease job for us and also they have verities of integration that help us on data management and machine learning operations to solve any application code without getting any error.

The platform is evolving quickly and frequent product name changes are confusing

Ease of use and development. Bringing back ETL developer tools and SQL language data processing.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best as a Data Architect is the possibility to manage your data starting from the ingestion to the serving endpoints everything is managed and monitored in the same platform creating reusable resources optimizing costs and efforts while conserving full flexibility. All of that seasoned with open source mindset.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the lakeflow connector are still in embryonic stage, I think it will get better with time but at the moment is not the best on the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
our Data Platform is Databricks centric so basically anything we solve we data is solved with the intelligence platform. Moreover, the Data Intelligence Platform allowed to perform a strong Data Democratization which wouldn't be possible with other tools

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the version controlled DBSQL authoring environment. It promotes collaboration and ownership. I build dashboard features daily and it's a real time saver. Managing databricks asset lifecycles is also very easy to integrate using DABs and git version control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looking forward to liquid clustering to optimize dashboards automatically !

I can write any SQL I want, over any sized table I have, and it just works !

I like its intuitive, flexible, and robust user interface, which allows for complex customization and can be used by users of variety experience levels. Furthermore, the platform can handle large and complex datasets.

Databricks allows us to seamlessly integrate and adapt to our clients' needs. It saves us a lot of time and helps us control could costs and human resource investments.

Databricks has significantly improved the quality of life for our staff. We use the workflows feature to automate recurring tasks and conduct in-depth analysis of our current performance metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Big data analysis typically need the version control for all data assets for simplicity , this tool have it. This is one common platform for all data assets. We can export data assets in multiple formats.

Version interface should be more simpler for beginners and pricing is also an issue.

Team collaboration feature is the liked feature in this tool which helps to collaborate with collogues, security and compliance are robust in Databricks. This support open Lakehouse architecture.for unified storage.

The manual tunneling option are limited in this , not suitable for beginners.

Amazing Platform for Big Data Analysis and Data Management
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best Data management platform, I really like their ease to use integration and predefine templates that help a lot on data analytics without and efforts.

I really like their services and their affordability and customer support always provide hassle free services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly we are using Databricks only for Data analytics and data warehousing and both our work completing on time without any hassle and their user friendly infrastructure gives hassle free services that make our work more ease to use and best for our data management.

What do you like best about the product?
I used the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform to build a real-time vehicle processing pipeline for a client in the logistics sector. The project involved collecting sensor data from hundreds of delivery trucks and processing it to detect anomalies and trigger alerts in real time. What I like best was how easily Databricks integrated with Azure Event Hubs because it allows me to stream data in and start processing instantly. I also used Delta Lake for storing clean data, which became the foundation of our analytic dashboard. Additionally, the Databricks rest API allowed us to trigger jobs from our monitoring systems, which enhances the automation to a great extend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the product is powerful, the learning curve for structured streaming was quite steep for new team members. I also encountered some integration limitations while sending alerts directly to external APIa from within notebooks. But we found workaround which involves using Azure Functions outside Databricks, which added some extra complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a major impact on our team’s productivity. Previously, our data engineers, cloud, architecture and analytic team worked on different tools which leads to delay and communication gaps. Now, with Databricks as the central platform, we collaborate in real time and debug issues together in shared notebooks.
