Great data management tool. Can be pricy
What do you like best about the product?
Mkaes installing and playing with different anlatyics tools a snap
What do you dislike about the product?
it can get expensive. The startup discounts can mitigate that but once you're in you're really locked in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just have to do one integration and then all of the anlatyics tools are integrated. Easier and better than google tag manager.

Love the range of applications Segment can be integrated into and the ability to direct data into different destinations.

Everything is pretty good and there is nothing I personally dislike.

Single view of the customer including data from multiple sources that help target the right customer.

Segment has the most robust integration library and is infinitely customizable. This is a great source of truth.

It definitely requires dedicated expertise to run and manage.

Segment is our source of truth when it comes to customer data. We leverage Segment to connect data from our various platforms and sync is seamlessly from one place. It helps make it so much easier to get systems to talk to each other, whether that's in financial systems, data analysis or marketing automation.

What do you like best about the product?
Segment is very flexible with real time data processing and analytics. Implemention of Segment into the organisation makes the job easy in collecting and sorting the data from various platforms. Tracking the customer behaviour provides valuable insights in decison making. Data forwarding and reverse ETL functions works good. Customization of pipelines helps in routing the data into specific destinations according to client needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive. There are many alternatives with similar functionalities at a lower price. Even the basic plans do not cover the key features to work with. Prior experience is needed to use imprortant features, which may be complex for beginners. User interface can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segment effectively collects and analyses customer data at a very granular level. Data analytics and customer behaviour patterns helps in implementing marketing strategies and decison making. Adding key features across the subscription plans helps wide range of users.

I think the best part is that it's so easy to use and understand and also easy to integrate and implement!

There's nothing to dislike as such but the UI can be more interactive
