Industry leader in identity management
What do you like best about the product?
Fully featured identity management solution. Complete and total control of role-based access configuration. Full suite of integrated 3rd party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting in quick contact with support technicians can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auth0 has allowed us to offload all single sign on authorization / authentication, allowing our development team to focus on building our core platform.

Great error messages! Helpful and precise, often the possible solution is included alongside direct link to a proper place in settings.

Some functionality is missing from Java SDK

Auth0 allows us to stop worrying about incorrectly authenticated or authorized users.
very simple to implement auth0, and very intuitive

Currently, we are giving solution to the Narnaja company login, which has several products and all are validated through auth0.
It is very easy to validate another vertical/product that is added through auth0

Auth0 extensibility points are one of the best features provided by the tool. The capability to solve common authentication issues letting the developer customize several parts of the flow is a major benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auth0 solution is mainly focused on solving authentication problems but it does not give the way to show business relates stats for organizational purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving users authentication across a digital ecosystem composed by several applications. And also the interaction between applications backend and APIs. It benefits are the easy configuration and customization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great tool and services just try not reimplement all its features even dough it’s possible.
I think it is a very safe tool, and I consider it intuitive and easy to use

What I like most about Auth0 is its stability. It has practically no falls

I do not know if this exists but ... I would like to have an API for mass deletion of users.

Auth0 resolves for us, the security between the user and their applications

the back button bug or when users bookmark the login page - they will get an error

integration with our customers IDPs, mostly SAML integration.

Auth0 is an easy to use service and helps us make secure authentication for our applications.

I like the ease with which it can be implemented on different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I still do not like is the fact that there is not much documentation for the mobile part that is to say for Android and for iOS.

So far I am teaching it, I used it for a couple of personal projects, but it still costs a bit for companies to implement.
