De la data viz en toute simplicité
What do you like best about the product?
L'orientation "embedded analytics" est poussée et très agréable à l'utilisation. La customisation un vrai plus pour permettre de répondre aux nouveaux besoins rapidement. E commerce dans l'alimentaire, la data est évidemment au coeur du bussiness mais pas le coeur de métier, la solution s'appelle Toucan.

Best in class for data visualisation
What do you like best about the product?
Integrating Toucan Toco in our product was made easy by the tools provided such as dashboard & stories preparation, YouPrep data manipulation, and generally speaking the overall administration console provided by Toucan Toco.
Customer support has always been reactive upon requests, and solutions were found quickly.
Using Toucan Toco applications we are able to provide our customers with several levels of analytics seamlessly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to really know how to pre-process data when we have a large dataset to manipulate.
We'd like to see a stronger support for data versioning (compared to staging and production modes) and have the ability to select a specific version of a story or dashboard to put in production.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling data visualisation on large datasets coming from users interaction on our platform. Providing state of the art data visualisation to our customers and have fast integration and update capabilities when new datasets emerge in our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Toucan for several months now, and the tool perfectly fulfills its embedded analytics role. The interface is very pleasant compared to many other tools.
You Prep, where data is prepared prior to visualization, is extremely comprehensive and offers a wealth of possibilities for your datasets.
Tiles and stories are very easy to build, and the various filtering and cross-filtering possibilities between graphs offer your users excellent data readability. The UI is top-notch.
Customization of each space is also beneficial in the case of customer specific dashboards.
The solution is also very easy to integrate into our platform.

The application is sometimes temperamental, but customer care and success are a great help at solving problems very quickly.

Toucan enables us to aggregate our data and make it available to our customers in just a few clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
We used to spend a lot of time to answer our partners reporting requests. It was a headache, time-consuming, and definitively not an optimal experience for everyone involved. With Toucan, our partners now have a great and automatically updated reporting app!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could create more than one version of the PDF export of our reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As previously explained; with Toucan, we have set up reporting application to allow our partners to get up to date data in a modern and autonomous way, while saving us a lot of time previously used to create on demand report each time a partner asked for one.

Toucan permet la mise en place d'un grand choix de connecteurs afin de brancher les différentes sources données de l'entreprise.
La mécanique de "Storytelling" est bien pensée, elle permet de condenser sur un dashboard primaire les KPIs essentiels et de pouvoir rentrer ensuite en profondeur dans les données. L'outil permet de rendre rapidement autonome les métiers dans la mise en oeuvre de leurs Dashboards. La DSI intervient surtout dans les phases amonts de préparation et d'exposition de la donnée, ce qui libère grandement les ressources IT sur ce type projet.

La solution ne propose pas encore tous les types de restitution, en particulier les modes de rendus scientifiques (boite à moustache, etc.).

Toucan a su mettre à disposition des ressources humaines importantes pour nous accompagner dans la mise en oeuvre et la prise en main de l'outil. Un suivi periodique est fait avec notre BSM afin de connaitre les evolutions produites et garantir que les déploiements des dashboards métiers se font correctement.

Ce que j'aime chez Toucan Toco c'est son approche très pragmatique avec la possibilité d'avoir un résultat rapide avec le minimum de configuration. J'aime aussi son orientation clairement "embedded analytics".

L'interface peut parfois être lente voir buggée.

Avant Toucan Toco, nous utilisions une solution 100% custom pour proposer des données analytiques à nos clients. La moindre modification nécessitait d'ajouter une demande au backlog produit et d'attendre l'implémentation de l'évolution ainsi que son déplpoiement. Avec Toucan Toco le lead time de chaque évolution a été réduit de mnière drastique pour passer de quelques jours à quelques heures.

What do you like best about the product?
La diversité des graphes. La simplicité de modifier des datasets. L'application est très user friendly. L'équipe support de Toucan est efficace et réactif.

Certains datasets sont lourds, par conséquent les rafraichissements sont des fois longs.

Les datas sont très élégants et offrent une meilleur visibilité.

Il faut absolument une bonne maitrise des datas en amont.
