Good product and great support

What do you like best about the product?
The support and success teams are extremely helpful. The product is easy to use but when it comes to more technical solutions the support team are experts in implementing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The out-of-the-box integration with our netsuite site is somewhat limited. Implementing automation campaigns requires more development work to integrate than other email marketing platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cordial helps us successfully implement a wide variety of automation campaigns and personalized content to help us push our campaigns to the next level growing engagement and revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Dedicated Customer Support team, self-service data and reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI is new and still has a few minor rough edges -- features that are a bit incomplete, but nothing that I can't work around
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables large-scale managed bulk promotional email sends, list management, and customer data platform

What do you like best about the product?
Cordial is very willing to identify and work on custom solutions for a brand, even if this is not something already a part of their suite of products. They have friendly account managers and technical support that's always lookign to service us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the Cordial platform is extremely user friendly for business owners that aren't technically inclined. It takes awhile to get used to the system and even those that are in it everyday, often have to defer to our account manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cordial is solving our ability to pivot quickly without hand coding different email variations. We are also able to test out theories thanks to the block system of building emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the people from Cordial. Everyone that I've gotten to speak with or work with have been really amazing and they are always there to help no matter what.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I do feel like maybe the reporting is lacking just a bit. I would like it to be easier to get reporting and more detailed reporting when needed. That would be a huge thing for our company to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cordial has been constantly updating and adding new features. They are constantly making the ease of access and use better and better every single day and this is something I greatly appreciate.

What do you like best about the product?
The underlying technology supporting the platform is incredibly well built, utilizing modern tech with a focus on scalability and speed. They also are constantly upgrading and adding new features. Their documentation is well put together and our support team is always available to assist (usually within minutes) for any questions we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that we dislike, it's been a fantastic partnership with a great product that is essential for us to run our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were primarily looking for a new ESP platform to replace our existing but very dated provider. We have some nuance around our data model and how we manage the integration to drive contact profile data, and Cordial had the flexibility to support our needs out of the box. They also have a very well developed solution for managing data and information about sends at a granular level that made it incredibly easy for us to quickly get up and running. With our old platform, we were spending a lot of energy on maintenance and operational overhead, whereas with Cordial we can focus instead on crafting and sending effective communications.

Also, Cordial makes it incredibly easy to scale emails, through really crisp and easy automation capabilities and an incredibly intuitive template builder. We were able to drastically reduce the number of templates we were managing (before we were creating each email from scratch) through effective use of templating content and support for easy dropping in of variable based / dynamic content.

Cordial's Sculpt drag and drop editor makes it fast and simple to create an email template. I don't have to touch a line of code to deploy a campaign.

Working with the Cordial account team is great. The team is super responsive, provides lots of training and guidance and domain expertise about running an email program.

SOmetimes UX is not clear - tough to find reports and understand how to use certain features.

What do you like best about the product?

------- None, we are really happy with them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to target our customers in an intuitive interface. Also the ease at which automatons can be created, updated and tested is a game changer.
And finally their sculpt template tool has saved us tons of coding time and reduced manual errors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give them a solid look when considering as a CRM / email platform.
I personally have used SFMC, Responsys, and Listrak - and the Cordial platform is superior.
Also the quality of their support is amazing.

We needed a multi-channel, high-touch customer messaging platform that incorporated marketing and customer care messages for email and SMS. In doing so with Cordial we cut messaging costs and also streamlined customer communication.

What do you like best about the product?
- Onboarding was very fast. Only took us a few weeks and we have a large list (over 1 million)

- Strong support so far. They have helped us customize our implementation and build out some cool features.

- Once you get sculpt set up, building and scheduling messages is a lot easier. There is definitely some upfront work that needs to be done, but once completed, it makes life a lot easier. Scheduling and unscheduling sends is also easy. We had to go through a four-step process to schedule a message in our last ESP. With Cordial, once a message is built, you plug in the time and press a button.

- Their journey tool is pretty straightforward compared to other tools I have used. It may not be the most complex but you also don't need to be a developer to use it.

- It builds audience segments extremely quickly and in real-time. Also the tagging capability can be very powerful for segmentation. You can also see how different segments performed within an email without having to split the message into multiple segments
What do you dislike about the product?
- Interface is still a bit of a work in progress. There are some features that are more fleshed out in more established ESPs that Cordial is still working on. However, they are very willing to take input and suggestions.

- You do need their expertise to help fully build out your implementation unless you have some hard-core developers on your team, but this is the case with any enterprise tool

- Would like to have some foldering capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a less cumbersome,less expensive and more modern tool that would allow us to send more personalized, targeted messages. We also wanted more support and a better partnership. We have seen higher revenue since moving to Cordial and we are starting to use more of the personalization features. We still have a ways to go, but I am more confident that we could get there with Cordial than with our old ESP
