What do you like best about the product?
WE USE ONBASE IN SEVERAL AREAS, AP, AR, PLANTS, ENG, MEDICAL, CONTRACTS AND IT WORKS VERY WELL WITH WORKFLOWS AND ASSIGNMENT. VERSIONING IS A KEY FACTOR WITH SOME OF OUR USERS THAT IS VERY LIKED. HISTORY AND AUDITING IS ALSO A EXTREMELY LIKE FEATURE. SAP ARCHIVE LINK IS A GREAT PRODUCT. BAR CODE WORKS WELL IN FOR OUR PLANTS AND INVOICES.
What do you dislike about the product?
NOT AS USER FRIENDLY AS OUR CUSTOMERS WOULD LIKE. SOME USERS ARE TURNED OFF AND CONFUSED ON HOW TO USE ONBASE SO THEY TEND TO DISLIKE IT SO IT'S VERY HARD FOR USERS TO ADAPT TO CHANGE IN WHAT THEIR CURRENT PROCESSES ARE AND HAVE THEM MOVE TO ONBASE. CUSTOMER SUPPORT HAS DEMISHED AND IT'S HARD TO GET SOMEONE TO KNOW HOW COMPLEX IS OUR SYSTEM AT TIMKEN IS. THE DOCUMENTATION (MRJ) SOMETIMES HAS BEEN OUT OF DATE, WHICH CAUSES DELAY IN IMPLEMENATION OR FIXES.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DOCUMENT STORAGE ON SITE COST SAVINGS, PROCESSING OF ALL INVOICES, STILL HAVE ISSUES WOTH ANYDOC LOOKING FOR A NEW SOLUTION TO FIX ANYDOC ISSUES TO MAKE THIS PROCESS MORE EFFICENT. NOW MAINTAINING ALL MEDICAL RECORDS FOR EASE OF LOCATION. THE THUMBNAIL FOR VIEWING OF ENG DOCUMENTS.

Low code, feature rich clients, always enhancing and preparing with the latest tools and technologies available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgrades can be difficult, long engagements/projects.
Upgrading and running into problems that impact business users and need for workarounds until another upgrade can be approved as a project and completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appeals & Grievances, Provider Contracting, Sales, Invoice Approval to name a few

What do you like best about the product?
Workflow- able to build a process that works for the team, utilizing workflow to assign documents to different areas and downloading to a QA program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in building different amount of downloads for quality depending on the length of time an employee has been with the organization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnBase allows us to upload and store documents, route to different team members for questions and completion, as well as a quality program to verify the accuracy of the data we input.

What do you like best about the product?
Great product for document storage/retrieval and providing a tracking system when document approvals are needed, also integrates well with financial reporting programs like Sage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unity Forms formating can be a bit clunky sometimes, and customizations don't always stay functional with upgrades to more current versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customer database and financial books softwares do not include formal processes for tracking approvals. OnBase allows us to do this and acts as a "middle man" by integrating directly with our primary softwares.

What do you like best about the product?
Onbase is very user friendly, it allows us to process and search invoices easily while maintaining everything in one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not come accross one yet, onbase has been a breeze to work with.

Digitizing invoices, managing approvals in one space while significantly lowering manual errors with AI.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredible suite of tools for managing complex processes, ensuring stability and audit trails, rapid app development, and pretty much any crazy requests our users and business owners propose for us. Easily my favorite system to work in and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support responsiveness has suffered in recent years. Some glaring gaps in testing new versions for Oracle databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A popular entry path for our business units is to lift and shift excel spreadsheets and access databases. We always throw in some extras for automation and quality of life. Additionally we can transform major projects that have grown beyond their original scope and can benefit from OnBase's flexibility and power. WorkView has been a lifesaver for many of our processes.

What do you like best about the product?
OnBase gives the ability to create multiple business processes for different departments. The security features and roles allow for increased security. The ability to create custom queries and reporting is beneficial to the end users. My favorite feature is the ability to make it customizable to our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a learning curve for new users. They are intimitated by the features and buttons, and the face that filters hold confuses users.
Customer service has diminished in the past few years. Usually we get a rep that does not know how to help us, and many times we are explaining basic facts to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow process for Underwriting. It solves how to get an application in the door to getting it issued. The extensive ability to report is assisting management with the status.

What do you like best about the product?
I have a background as being a traditional software devleoper for 2 years in addition to working for a no code development platform startup.

When I first started working with onbase, I was blown away by how simplified the UI design is. I know what I need to do immediately. There are so many customizable options of how to make the product your own. The interface is so clean and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgrading seems to have bugs that are not worked out. These bugs tend to be a lot of one off issues that we are not able to reproduce in different dev and test environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
auditing processes and file management to stream line processes to save user's time.
