Nothing rigth now, we strat to use the application this year.

Customizability. You can build almost anything you want if you are willing to color outside the lines.
Being cloud hosted allowed us to upgrade in three hours without worrying about anything.

Large system, takes a while to learn it all.

We are using OnBase to solve many business problems. Long term storage, workflows, automation, everything.

What do you like best about the product?
It is flexible, comprehensive in its functionalities and has support in our native language. It also have a lengthy Hyland University curriculum.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is complex for a beginner programmer hence the learning curve is steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us take the Bank to the next level on ur digitalization vision.
OnBase brought our company into the future
What do you like best about the product?
OnBase is a user friendly, efficient solution to our AP needs. Prior to OnBase we were still processing everything on paper, and now we can do everything electronically and it is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
We use a LOBB broker with our ERP and it is not always updated as quickly as the OnBase solution, so it limits our ability to be on the latest release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnBase allows us to be completely paperless and enforces correct approval chains. It also makes it very easy to see a full picture of all AP at any given time.
