Advanced process mining technologies
What do you like best about the product?
More easily than the competition, data analysis may be performed on the individual process phases. The interface requires less cognitive effort to utilize. The data analysis aids in isolating the issue at hand. With the use of job mining, we were able to see even the minutest of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics component, comprised of Views and the knowledge model module, is quite difficult to utilize. It calls for complex programming and has a high propensity to disrupt the status quo. Every week, my client told me to tidy up my code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past year, I've benefited greatly from utilizing Celonis. It has assisted me in developing a more consistent and open procedure. My team and I have been able to cut out some unnecessary processes thanks to it.

Excellent Process Mining tool
What do you like best about the product?
Celenois gives insights on how much percentage of the process can be automated, The data analysis is helpful in communicating with the stakeholders for deploying automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celenois should include model that gives the option head count to complete the activity considering the efforts, it should also recommend usage of other levers such as standardisation of process to streamline and deploy automation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celenois is helpful in determining whether the business process can be considered for automation, The recommendation is based on keystroke level analysis which is helpful in convincing the stakeholders
Celonis Fantastic Process Mining Tool
What do you like best about the product?
A very user-friendly tool for process mining, an end-to-end solution. Eliminate complex steps like BPMN models, Business Models in the organization. Improves Business processes and customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could say much because the product is fantastic. It would even optimize more and shall process experts to input data in various forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing Business Decisions. Implement complex tasks with ease. Improving business decisions.
Celonis : Leading Process mining tool, mediocre analytics platform
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of process mining when compared to other tools is far far better. I have worked in UI Path, QPR and signavio as well. When it comes to process mining Celonis is a market leader.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics module, the Views, knowledge model module is not at all user-friendly. It requires serious coding and it is very prone to make the enviornment messy. My client always told me that my code is messy and I had to clean up the code every week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me identify $ value lost in the processes like Incident Management, Finance ticketing, SRM for all that I have done. I was able to save 5M$ of savings for an automation company

What do you like best about the product?
Enables endless possibilities to interact with data to get insights and drive corrective actions through easy process flow exploration and integrating alerts, automation, predictions and ML models.
What do you dislike about the product?
Super high cost of user licenses and data storage. Slowness and ineffectiveness of its technical support services, requiring that you have highly technical capabilities in-house to solve the issues that arise as the models evolve.

Duplicate invoices/payments, compliance, rework and lead time reductions in procurement

What do you like best about the product?
Some unique feature I have liked about Celonis is its incredible ability to create and share interactive process maps, which we use to communicate process analysis and improvement recommendations to stakeholders.
The software also integrates with various systems and data sources, providing us with a comprehensive view of processes across the organization.

Not much dislike for the software, except I, have found it to be relatively expensive as compared to other process mining tools.
It’s also challenging to set up and configure, especially for our organization as we have complex systems and processes

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Celonis for the past year, which has helped me in many ways. It has helped me to create a more standardized process and process which is transparent. It has also aided my team and the company in reducing non-value-added steps. Performing data analysis on the process steps is more accessible than any other competitors in the market. The user interface is easier to understand and use. The data analysis helps us to ring fence the problem and tackle it. The task mining helped us to track details at very small level
What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis also has its fair share of disadvantages despite its advantages
1. Price of the product is higher than the other products in the market
2. The customization can take a long time
3. It should have a simple drag and drop option to make it easier for anyone to access the tool.
4. Whole trying to integrate with any other tool it has thrown errors.

Celonis comes with a wide range of benefits. Some of the benefits that I have witnessed are
1. Easy to use- It is very user friendly
2. Easy to Deploy- Deploying the tool is more accessible, and the user community gives a lot more support than any other product

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis Tool dashboards are more interactive and the process model that we built in celonis using the event data will give more insights on the process flow of a particular business
What do you dislike about the product?
We have lease resources that gives the knowledge on celonis Tool wheather it is on pql or functions that we use in pql and need to improve on visual editor so that we mostly solve them in visual editor itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celonis is helping in finding the bottlenecks in the process flow and also way to improve it which inturn improves the business organisation work. Flow in a smooth manner without any reworks
Celonis is a really good tool to help draw insights and value on an organisations process.

Celonis Process Mining helps in identifying the pain points in a process, how well the current process is performing compared to the "to-be" process, drilldown to the root cause with ease and a user friendly interface. It has a well integrated collection of applications thag can be used for automating parts of the process using Action Flow.
The EMS store has pre-configured templates for transformation, extraction and analysis which can be leveraged when working on standard processes (p2p, o2c, ap,ar).
Replication cockpit allows real time data to be brought in using delta loads.

What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis Bookmarks have a major disadvantage that they are not retained if the analysis is duplicated or moved to a new space.
The Sql environment for transformations uses Vertica DB, whenever an error is encountered the line number is not mentioned in the message and all errors are not displayed at once.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celonis is helping Businesses improve their process by identifying and solving problems, automating repetitive tasks. For eg: with Celonis we can identify how long a process or sub process is taking and if it crosses a threshold then we can further analyse the elements causing it based on which the user can take action. The analyst/consultant can configure KPIs, chart and table components to display data as per requirememt, the process explorer shows the activity route the cases take, case explorer gives the raw data on the case table where we can track each individual cases event time, activity route.

What do you like best about the product?
There are 3 things I like about Celonis.
1. Variant and Process Explorer view
2. Action Flow & Action Engine.
3. Multi Event Logging
Using action flow and Action engine you can bring up automation in the process by integrating with other RPA tools like uipath, blue prism,etc.
Using MEL (Multi Event Logging) you will be able to get insights of multiple source systems in a single click.
In Variant and Process Explorer view you can get insights of process like Xray report of process like no. of deviation you have in process, different paths followed by the process during its journey, etc.

Once a workspace is deleted you would not retrieve it back until you have a backup of the workspace saved in a different package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celonis helps in improving the process by visualizing the digital twin of process, like an x-ray vision where you will be able to get detailed information about your process from a single point of view rather than having discrete reports.
