What do you like best about the product?
The visualization of the process flow in combination with business intelligence information helps managers, operational staff and process experts alike to understand the processes better and find inefficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
New functionalities only available in the cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are visualizing different processes with Celonis and uncover potential process weaknesses and then take according measures to have a more efficient process.
We realized several benefits especially in procure-to-pay e.g. higher cash discount, higher on time payment, higher automation rate

What do you like best about the product?
Capabilities to generate insights never being able before due to the combination of process mining and ML. The opportunity to directly take action for business transactions that (might) become critical according to identified patterns brings process management/-improvement to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The effort to implement use cases is often higher than promised. In 90% of the cases plug&play of content and analyses is not possible because the meaningfulness of results on this level is not sufficient. The real value unfolds if digging deeper which also means more implementation effort due to complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce process inefficiencies such as rework
Cash discount realization
Cash Collection optimization
Generate insights into delivery tracking to steer and optimize carrier performance and increase customer experience
Generate insights into complaint handling to increase customer satisfaction, reduce internal lead times, and reduce internal process costs

This is an amazing tool which an help to identify all the frictions at a centralized place and can take actions proactively with the help of action engine alerts, I would strongly recommend people to use this tool and realize the complete Value Potential from it.........................................

What do you like best about the product?
transparency on the as is processes based on the event file from you workflow and ERP Tools.
Straight forward UX and easy to use even without "coding skills"
drag and drop analysis makes it great for simple analysis
we are looking forward to the full realize the full potential when moving to the cloud

What do you dislike about the product?
more options for visualisation would be great, a lot of use cases are hard to implement as the we do not look at standard processes
Consider using the cloud version, it gives much more functionality regarding automation and transparency than the on premise version of the tool. start with one process and have clear use cases in mind you would like to analyse. it does not work well to visualize a process without any clear questions on your mind you would like to answer. in general we found it difficult to generate general insights that did not go hand in hand with a gut feeling we had before. you realy need to know what you are looking for.
We included our custome processes wich makes it difficult because you cannot gain alot from other companies experiences. you have to build everything from scratch and cannot go back to standard templates celonis already has in their library. this is realy a pitfall or a USP if you look for your standard accounting processes and dont want to look into your custom processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
process transparency incl. efficiency, we just implemented celonis with our work flow management tool, so that we did not gain many insights yet. we already got a great transparency that has been scattered across different applications before and needed a lot of manual rework to put it together for the transparency we needed. we are looking forward to realize the full potential of celonis soon.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis provides you a massive processmining tool. The great thing here is that you might start with a specific topic but gain much more knowledge than expected. The detailed information is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation to get the tool properly running takes some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are process mining the purchase to pay process. It give us an intral view from the company internal customers over to the procurement department to the accounting department.
It allows us to see which purchasing processes are running bad and where inefficiencies exist
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The implimantation phase is super important all data must be 100 %validated.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use with very clear and well maintained PQL (Process query language) reference materials directly in the GUI.

Easy to turn insights in actions via signals.

Very powerful, aesthetically pleasing UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
some customers do not have access to chrome, the recommended browser, at least at the time on this writing there are still some problems if you try to run in MS Edge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What, When, How and Where friction enters the business process that is being interrogated.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy data connection to the source systems. The speed of the software. The vizualization of big data. The app store that is bringing new ideas and pre-defined data mining solutions to your attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The X-functional competencies of Celonis consultants and their understanding of business processes. The team structure in implementation projects as no different levels of seniority are present in the team. Further, there seems to be no quality assurance process that guarantees the correctness and completeness of customized scripts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have visibility on our as is processes. We were able to identify several areas for improvement in the form of direct savings and potential process improvement and efficiency measures.

What do you like best about the product?
For the technical part of the tool, the practicality of browsing and obtaining data is very incredible, in addition to the negotiation for customizations. The training part is very interesting, giving great support to the client's teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration part could have more customization options, it works very well, but could have more details

An analysis of the entire supply chain, being able to view possible problems and take a more accurate action in the correction and optimization

I haven't found anything not to like so far.

Actual vs estimates cost.
Time from requested power connection to actual work performed and connection is made.
Time frame with actual 15 day commit date for estimate to customer.
