Appian is a low code platform. User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I would say appian is the best among all business process management it is a low code platform user friendly which helps user to build application in smart way
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using appian would be the deployment side it is bit uneasy to deploy the environment and thereby it is time consumption apart from that appian is the best
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can create web application in a smart way beyond all other technologies appian works fine for me to create web applications thereby it is the best in today's technology

More complex structuring in the process model and the connection between components . It could be made easier by having it at the click of a button rather than having to choose it manually !

Problem solving involves the application creation itself. Creating an application at Appian ensures that there are no time constra Or third party dependencies . Benefits here can relate to the saved time and effort .

The tool is meant for low code purposes and precisely delivers that.
The coding in this platform feels easy and makes me to think the logic out of the box and make easy my work.

Minimal designing features in the UI, the application view remains the same for all types of business requirements

Insurance calculations, if there changes required in many places with respect to the single value that can easily done with the use of local variables.

while updating the APPIAN environment its kind maintainace issue with depricated plugins.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and understandable user interface. The drag and drop interface is awesome, where workflow can be developed easily and managing workflows becomes easy with Appian.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt timeline charts should be improved and configuration management should be little better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appian helps us in showing errors in detailed way,where we can debug them and this increases the development. This leads to saving time and cost.

Appian is best tool which helps In processing documents and providing detailed errors which helps us to debug them. I recommend to others to use this tool.

Instead every quarter release a new version,Better release 2 version per year so that client also get good amount of time to go through the all process.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily depict the shared buisness requirements and come up with a solution easily. Also we can pace up the development with its built-in functions and smart services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet it is a powerful tool. The training regime is quite limited to the basics which cannot be used in designing effective solutions for the clients. Also for large data as a developer we always face trouble which in turn reduces the value of the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are majorly working on making the banking and CRM experience automated as much as possible. It has exponentially reduced the development time and also increased the productivity exponentially.
