Good fit for automating sales, marketing and operations' collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Studio, Marketing, and Sales products for 2 years now. It serves all of our needs, with decent usability, good process designer and numerous ootb apps, addons and templates. I do not remember when was the last time I had to ask our IT to help me with custom requests, such as dashbaords customizatiom, AI lead scoring, integrations etc. Studio is also used by our opeations so its rather a foundation for our teams (Sales and Marketing ) for better datasharing across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like the email template designer. This needs to be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization-wise the project goal was to reduce the workload of our IT department because it took them too much time to process external requests. As they call it Citizen development approach became a perfect solution to those challenges as all teams can now automate processes faster with less communications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will get all the necessary support and updates all along your journey with Creatio. Make sure you train the ML mode at least 5 time before customizing the lead management process.

What do you like best about the product?
I am happy to see how much time and money we were able to save with Creatio products. They provided us with a unique opportunity to automate processes that required too much manual labor before. Creatio did not take long to integrate its products into our ecosystem, and we have benefited from the platform ever since. I often hear from other executives that it is impossible to find enough skilled IT staff to cover all business needs. I can tell that we took this problem out of the equation thanks to no-code tools that the platform provides. With the help of Creatio, we are able to foster citizen developers and keep up with the changing market needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Creatio has a great Marketplace that offers applications and templates to extend its capabilities, but there are so many of them, it’s confusing.. I wish Creatio had some type of smart suggestion that would offer me apps to integrate depending on my activity on the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio provides a complex solution for many problems, but here are some of the most prominent ones:

1) The lack of skilled developers. In the digital world, nearly all business processes involve a certain degree of IT interference. We prefer to give all complicated tasks to the most technically skilled professionals and allow citizen developers to cover the rest. It helps with workload distribution and allows us all to work faster

2) The lack of agility. Before integrating the Creatio platform, our company was not very flexible. Adapting to changes was stressful and time-consuming. Now, it takes hours from an idea generation, to building, to testing and finally, to its implementation into our daily routine

3) The lack of effective collaboration between the teams. With Creatio, all employees can easily collaborate and track the entire customer journey as leads transition between departments, as well as share knowledge and information. The database is continuously updated, and all workers have access to the changes that other users make

Versatile and easy-to-use platform

What do you like best about the product?
After years of using both Marketing and Studio Creatio, the flexibility and scalability of the platform to this day stand out the most. The low-code platform itself works well for all our developers, as it is easy for them to understand, work with and code on. Because of the platform, our app development is consistent, quick and secure, allowing us to respond more efficiently to app changes or new customer needs. As for the Marketing product, the unification of our customer and prospect database was key. We wanted to have a full customer history, of every customer, in one location. We wanted to know which leads were coming from what landing page, which email campaigns were successful and to better organize and stay on top of events. We currently have 100+ developer events a month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, Creatio updated its pricing model. The previous model worked better for us. At times, although we do have a wonderful Customer Success Manager, the response time for our inquiries can be delayed. Additionally, although Creatio currently has great offers in the Marketplace, the offers could definitely be improved upon, especially in terms of variety. Creatio has several hundred partners, it would be nice to see more read-to-go apps and connectors developed and offered to customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We definitely appreciate the tool for its ability to manage all the infrastructure and application lifecycle – almost like a one-stop-shop for all your development needs. But also the:

1) Flexibility: the ability to design and configure the platform to our needs – and the ease of doing it!
2) Analytics and Reporting: Creatio provides us with powerful insights and data needed to compile reports based on lead performance and email, landing page and campaign health performance. As a result of better campaign tracking and monitoring, we are better able to adapt our marketing strategy and reap rewards.
3) Improved Inter-Departmental Communication: the immense improvement in Sales and Marketing synergy.
4) Creatio’s Marketplace: some great ready-to-use applications, connectors or add-ons which further reduce time-to-market.

We highly recommend to go with their product Studio Creatio.

What do you like best about the product?
Studio Creatio simplifies and streamlines our software development lifecycle. It makes debugging, testing, and deployment process so much easier. This tool provides access to the information about the apps created and their development. I can even revert to previous versions, which I love.
What do you dislike about the product?
Сan’t think of anything bad at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a rising demand for digital transformation, as an enterprise company we faced the challenge of not having enough skilled developers. Studio Creatio helped us solve this problem and now we have people from different business units that can now easily jump into the project and, for example, build and automate the needed process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A really good solution that has all the needed functionality, but if it doesn't have something that you are in need, their team is ready to help you with that.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Creatio low-code platform is that even without deep technical knowledge our marketers and accountants can use it to create apps. It’s a good tool that can easily transform your employees into citizen developers. This software allows our team to create, configure, and deploy customized apps without software development skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI might require some tweaks. But I heard they are going to upgrade it shortly. Will see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Studio Creatio reduces the amount of development operations tasks. It facilitates a quicker deployment and implementation process, enabling our developers to deliver faster. This tool reduces the time spent for operational activities and dramatically speeds up the application development and deployment.

Great Customer Support via your Customer Success Manager

What do you like best about the product?
The Customer Success Manager (hereafter CSM) is very helpful in setting up the "out of the box" CRM system. The CSM helps with creating business processes as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creatio brings new features constantly. The speed is fast and the support is good. I dislike Buggs in (new) features, although they are mostly fixed in the first available update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We configured the pipeline from marketing to order in CRM. A great tool to keep an overview of all contacts, accounts, leads, and opportunities (and more).

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio for us is a simple system which has allowed us to connect with customers in a faster way making specific sales without any inconvenience the system for us and managing to connect to the marketing service either through networks or emails in this way it is captured potential customers and makes the sale through its system, it is very complete and simple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion I do not have a negative point regarding the functionality of the service since it has allowed us to improve our stability in the search for new clients, the tools and each of the characteristics are fundamental and work together, however the system continues to be updated and improved at future adding new features in order to improve the system better and better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an unavoidable solution for us, it is incredible how a single system has allowed to unify different areas within the company in order to work together And achieve favorable results the unified marketing, sales and design system in the creative system has allowed to achieve with ideas, solutions, analytics the best ways to attract potential clients and new traffic to our website the system works perfectly and allows you to associate with marketing immediately without any help from third parties since each tool is intuitive.

In short, it is a very complete software in the price difference, it is characterized by being more economical and has a greater characteristic so it is compact but attractive. I am very happy with what the system offers us and I definitely recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
This system is innovative, it totally changed the system of both the traffic and the marketing of the company now the marketing and CRM process has grown much more efficiently and with more interactive ideas to improve the flow of new customers both on our website and Social networks are happy because the tools work in a correct way, the tools have been very simple, so working with them has released work stress very quickly, a creative system.

Regarding the operation of the system we have not noticed any kind of inconvenience since the tools are very simple to implement the configuration of this software with other systems, whether marketing is fast, simple and we have not had any type of inconvenience And finally the interface or The work of the system has been very remarkable because it is very attractive and the work is remarkable with new traffic on our website for us it has met objectives, in turn this system continues to be updated and improved by adding new features so it does not we have had problems.

The system is mainly used to be able to release the work stress generated by making sales or having ideas for new marketing.The creative system makes the best solution allowing time to be freed specifically in sales because the system has a virtual process in which sales are made in a much faster and more efficient way, however, if the user has ideas or questions in addition to the predetermined one, an advisor immediately supports the service, however the system works directly with the client and the most extra problems occur very little. part of the sales are efficient and fast, very happy because the system manages to work by itself allowing to use this time in other areas of the company in this way we have automated and optimized.
