Lots fo great details but way too many clicks

What do you like best about the product?
I like that this can be used for all facets of our business. From CRM to Project Management Solution even have the ability to create and manage cases within it. I like the ability for it to be a single solution CRM for both the front end and back end of your business. I like how this also has a mobile app so I can quickly search my accounts while in the field as well as add notes. Also, we store a lot of our client facing documents in this system so when I'm going through a sales process I can quickly pull the necessary documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like because it is so detailed, there are way too many clicks. For example, from Creating an Account to Adding a Content, I shouldn't have to click 10+ different spots. (this might be how our company has it set up). Also, the marketing arm for us isn't as strong as Hubspot. We're looking for easy and better analytics. Also, as I mentioned, it is very in-depth with lots of clicks. One of my biggest frustrations is that when I create an opportunity from the account, it keeps me in the account. Instead of taking me to the opportunity, I then have to click back into the opportunity to edit it or add to it. Also, I think the look is somewhat "blah" I've used Salesforce in the past, and it is a lot "prettier" in my opinion.

I thought I'd type out some more things. Some of these might be based on how we have this setup, but for example, when I'm creating an opportunity, it has to open new screens/windows, and it is super time-consuming and frustrating. I understanding wanting detail, but if you're not doing anything with the detail as a company, there has to be a way to turn it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using this as our Sales CRM and our Implementation/Customer Service tool/ticketing system. We tried using this as our marketing arm as well which makes the most sense since we have all the contact/employee data in the system to easily send email blast out of, however, for us it wasn't as detailed or analytical as other systems. So... We now export our list to Hubspot and then run our campaigns out of there. More work and more steps but better results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very in depth tool that can do it all. My recommendation would to spend a lot of time on training to ensure that the staff using it is confident and comfortable otherwise they'll not use it to its full capability. I'd also make sure that your partner who services/helps with it has a great understanding of the actual product and is able to quickly fix things. We come across a problem and it is out of our realm so we have to contract someone to come in and fix it... However, they don't know our industry or the system well enough so it take several days/calls to get it done.

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio is quite sophisticated, according to its programming, as it provides functions that are exclusive and very necessary for a marketing environment, as this software not only takes care of managing all your sales in general, it specializes in accelerating the entire cycle life of all these operations, which means an incredible quality, being one of my favorite aspects in relation to its performance, without excluding that these processes are fully automated and customization, which allows us to adapt said system to our production method. , no matter how complex and deep it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is a platform that specializes in sales, we can mention that they maintain different restrictions that require authorization to access these high-end productivity functions, in which these points should be in a free environment, to perform a full work without occurrences in its cycle, one of these qualities is that you need a separate license to use the marketing unit, resulting in a wide mishap, for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We take Creatio into account as a vital system for the company, since it has given us lasting and excellent results in its entirety, as it helps us locate and work properly, to carry out purchase operations, carrying out follow-ups throughout the process to guarantee said section in optimal movement, being of great proportion, since the sales margin has increased at a drastically accelerated level, since its implementation, using its functions for marketing activities with complex valuations in the same way.

Creatio is ideal for any industry that wants to accelerate the life cycle of its sales to a drastic level, which is useful to offer an explicit service to potential customers, who must develop completely complex business processes, being a relatively important point, even for large companies, thanks to its advanced functions, which ensure success throughout their operations, within a particular platform, mentioning in more direct terms, that it focuses on increasing your skills in relation to business commerce.

What do you like best about the product?
Creatio is programmed to be integrated into one of the most important areas that a company can have, as it is an idealized software for constant CRM processes, it maintains integral automation, effectively fulfilling the purposes based on the correct administration of clients, even literally large sales operations, making it known that the system is quite easy to use, since it does not require a professional in the field for its proper use, its learning curve is short but very intuitive and interesting, which It allows any user without much experience to develop its functions for their proper work.
What do you dislike about the product?
In creatio problems occasionally arise, although they are easy to solve and order in their proper environment, for the continuity of daily work, since it is an inconvenience, quite frustrating, since if this happens frequently, the productivity that can be executed a margin end with expected results, is extremely slowed down, due to these details, which can become a bigger error, if it is not given due importance to solve said existing case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creatio is used for the common areas of its programming, which are its productive branches based on the CRM, that is, we use it for its services for customer service and relationships, either to register, process and make requests generated by these individuals, due to some problem or doubts in our facilities, in order to quickly determine and locate the inconveniences that have arisen, to provide an adequate service, for the operators that we acquire, including that we also use this system, for account management, for the sales made that have been made lately, related as a multi functional server from our business point of view.

Creatio is ideal for any company that decides to use its CRM-based functions, since its marketing module is quite solid, it specifies its operations in a considerable percentage at business scales, which results in a good range of productivity, including its wonderful objectives related to customer support, adapting in an incredible way, with any server, in which this software is implemented, being recommended for its good work performance, in different fields of high labor importance.

What do you like best about the product?
The system’s process orchestration capabilities for customer service management are outstanding. From large-scale case processing automation to customized SLA management tools, omnichannel communication solutions, and actionable customer analytics, the system serves us as a one-stop-shop in delivering great customer experience and continuously raising the levels of customer engagement. Also, we really like the rich functionality and the agility that the platform provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our in-house resources do not allow us to expand the system and build additional solutions in it at the desired scale even though the system has all tools we might need for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The combination of the system’s out-of-the-box solutions and easy-to-use low-code development tools allowed us to meet all of our business needs for process automation and CRM with a single software. Thanks to a unified data management environment and process automation tools, we were able to optimize our customer service operations substantially and put an end to all operational inefficiencies. I would highly recommend this solution to any customer-centric company that struggles with disjointed and siloed customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the automated campaigns that you can make in creatio. From doing email campaigns to creating boxes that can be checked to start people into the campaigns. I can not say enough good things. The customer service is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to over complicate what you are doing... and there is a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication has been better, automation has been great, and doing marketing smart has been so much easier!!

What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with Creatio has been very positive. The system helps us in a number of ways from aggregating and structuring customer data to managing various types of customer cases in a user-friendly interface. The platform allows for heavy customization, which is great since we can modify the system to the extent we need. Also, the support from Creatio team along the way is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues to mention. Some minor issues popped up occasionally, but they were quickly resolved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a tool able to manage all our customer service requests across various channels effectively. We sought out a system that would help us streamline our case management while also enhancing customer engagement. Creatio was a perfect fit for this. The tools they provided us with helped our company to both deliver better customer experience and optimize our customer-facing operations.

What do you like best about the product?
The low code no code tools enable me to do robust configuration without having to hire a developer to do custom development that is costly and less sustainable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish every employee in our organization used it, we have a couple legacy systems that other departments won't give up. It would be easier if everyone was using Creatio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to set up reports and dashboards much faster so we can have useful metrics for reviewing our employees KPIs, and for management to make informed decisions.

There are great plug ins and add ons in the Creatio marketplace. Support is very attentive. R&D is great at bring features you request into future global releases.

We picked Creatio because of the UI and how its functionality helped greatly with user engagement. The app has been fantastic.

Our biggest problem has been email integration with outlook and access rights when you have territories for teams instead of individuals

WIth Creatio we are now capturing more data than we ever have been before. Our reporting is much stronger. Additionally, being able to easily and quickly modify fields and layouts has helped us quickly adapt to changes in our market place.

Its a growing software and as a fast-growing company in the USA this CRM has kept up with us and done a great job of meeting our needs. I would love to see it grow more.
