It's very expensive. Sometimes I feel it is not acting smart even with commands.

Personalization!
I used to spend hours on collecting data, refining it and then making a personal message. I save a lot of time now. Plus it logs whatever it does by itself.

Nice tool for legal industry
What do you like best about the product?
As a Financial Systems Analyst in a law firm, I’ve found Tealium’s Customer Data Hub surprisingly impactful. It helps unify client interaction data across systems—marketing, CRM, billing—into one real-time profile. This allows legal teams to better understand client engagement, while finance and BD teams get cleaner data for reporting and strategy. It also supports privacy compliance, which is critical in the legal space.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup takes some effort, but once it’s in place, it becomes a powerful asset across departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tealium is solving the problem of scattered client data across systems. In a law firm, that means unifying data from intake, CRM, billing, and marketing into one real-time view.
For me as a Financial Systems Analyst, it reduces time spent on data cleanup, improves reporting accuracy, and supports smarter decision-making across departments.

Gerardo's Review about Tealium Customer Data Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Tealium Customer Data Hub for a while now, and overall, it’s a solid platform if you need a robust way to unify and activate customer data. It’s definitely geared more toward larger businesses with the technical resources to handle it, but once it’s set up, it can be really powerful.
One thing I really like is how flexible it is. You can pull in data from tons of different sources, stitch it together in real-time, and send it off to various tools like ad platforms or analytics. The built-in tag manager (Tealium iQ) is also a huge plus—it saves time and helps keep things organized on the site without constantly bothering developers. I also appreciate the emphasis on privacy and compliance, which is getting more important every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
The setup can be complex and requires a decent understanding of how data flows. You’ll probably need a developer to get things going properly. Also, the interface isn’t the most user-friendly—it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially if you’re not super technical. And yeah, it’s pricey. As your event volume grows, so does your bill, so it’s something to keep in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Tealium, our customer data was scattered across multiple tools — CRM, website analytics, paid media, email platforms — and it was difficult to create a unified customer view. Tealium helps us centralize that data in real time, which means we can better understand user behavior and tailor our messaging accordingly.
