Great experience with Tealium IQ Tag Management
What do you like best about the product?
Tealium has created a platform that makes tag management super easy,! The support is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I never had a bad experience with Tealium
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Tealium IQ to manage our tags and pass the data to Adobe analytics and Google analytics

Versatile and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Integrating with the API has given us the flexibility to use Tealium seamlessly with our other tools and analytics platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike but knowing how to better manage our integrations with the EventStream API would likely improve how online customer data is being passed around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our tools and platforms to talk to each other. Having a reliable and extensible feedback loop is pretty important for us.

Nothing to dislike so far! Tealium team is amazing to work with, currently still implementing

Still in the process of solving this problem, connecting user behaviours through many sites and understanding their digital experience as a whole
Great Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Tealium are always open to ideas, collaboration and assisting in TIQ for our business. TIQ has allowed us to streamline the tagging process and create a succinct data strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Potential downfall of iQ is the ability for multiple people to make changes.

Easy to use and figure things out. Also great for sending Audiences to other places

Governance could be a bit better - limiting people and audit trails

Keeping audiences across one tool and sending to many (single source of truth). Still in build phase so benefits still to come

a very steep learning curve but rewarding

the ability to customize your setup to perfectly reflect your business through data unification as well as distributing data to most vendors
What do you dislike about the product?
the necessity to have advanced level of coding experience. 85% of your use cases will have to go through custom javascript. you may also look back to google tag manager and see greater simplicity overthere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the learning curve was so steep we did not turned on profits. overall, if it was not for the other tealium products, we would have gone faster through gtm

plan your deployment, do not rush into production. define use cases, find low hanging fruit. keep it simple.
Great vendor agnostic support
What do you like best about the product?
There's plenty of well written support articles that clearly explain concepts of every facet within tealiumiq. Whenever I need help these act as a great resource, and if I'm ever within doubt the support team at Tealium are always on hand to resolve our tracking problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had troubles in the past with multiple users adding extensions that are conflicting with one another however these have been addressed both with recent updates to iQ and by speaking to support staff who have made recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to dramatically clean up our data quality by using extensions and ensuring data between vendors in much more in line
Great solution for omni-channel marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Creating audiences easily and using them across different solutions and channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way to find what is where is a bit hard sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using webhook let us to connect to our CRM system and also Adwords connection is a very useful use case for us.
great to optimize a big amount of tags putting order and cleaness in the configuration

i like the chance to setup libraries in order to optimize different tags into one unique version

the fact that you cannot test in preview and you cannot use workspaces, but i just learnt today that both should be released very soon :)
