A clearer product roadmap. Some technical enhancements to the JavaScript api would be welcomed.

What do you like best about the product?
Tealium iQ’s ability to embed tags to reduce lag on page load is a game changer for tag management
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing great comes without cost, and TIQ isn’t the cheapest product on the market, it it’s worth the investment

Tealium IQ has made the process of tag management and control much easier than it used to be.

Take the time to understand the power that TIQ can offer

What do you like best about the product?
We love the ability to segment customers in real time to maximise our marketing presence offsite and enhance our customers journey onsite. It has great connectors and flexibility to customise our own
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes connectors can be a bit basic and require customisation to be used properly and maximise match rates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to exclude certain audiences from marketing instantly saving time and marketing budget. Also being able to target customers whom have only partially completed the conversation journey with better marketing communications leading to improvements in that marketing journey

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create actionable audiences based on valuable behaviours means that investment in CX and customer data experiences can be capitalised in an ever increasing number of ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve which can spook clients that don’t quite have the internal sophistication to leverage it and they can sometimes resent having to invest in skilled implementors on top of the platform fees in order to get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting previously anonymous behaviour to a known customer record once they identify themselves. Also understanding the longer term value delivered from specific acquisition campaigns.

Omneo, shopify plus, Zendesk, SFMC, Bronto, Emarsys

Real time tracking and targeting. Understanding customer experience is the key to target with the right product and service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is always space for improvement an we did liked the way tealium team engaged and supported us for the first RFP submission

Provide solutions to our customers
Good but needs better usability
What do you like best about the product?
Nice ui and user management. Reliable and robust. Good product integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Day to day tasks clunky and error prone. Too many steps to prod when using libraries. B object is confusing. Poor git integration. Does fit into our business’ CD/CI pipeline and tools.

Ui tag management for less technical users.

Known and well supported platform. Good SLAs. Friendly and reliable crew.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moves a little slow. Would like to see the platform open up (open source) to allow better integration into eg CI/CD tools and established business workflows.

Deploying tags mainly nowadays.

It has user management, it is easy to grant user access

It doesn’t integrate with git very well, often we have to copy and paste code.

Like the flexibility and the interface. Easy to do both simple and complex tasks.

When you have a lot of people working in am environment it is hard to ensure that the versioning and publishing workflows are maintained and that one teams changes aren’t accidentally published

Standardising cross platform data collection to ensure all our marketing platforms receive the right data at the right time in the right format
