Great BPM Product!
What do you like best about the product?
BPM + RPA options offered. It helps in having an interconnected ecosystem to provide customers with end-to-end hyper-automation solutions. Also helps in giving a bigger standpoint among other automation providers.

The offerings and pricing scheme of Appian RPA are not at a competitive level. This scenario makes other providers become market leaders while Appian RPA is only a backup or last option.

BPM, Low code, automation, and RPA. It helps in eliminating everyday coding activities. RPA helps in automation and better outreach of any manual processes. Also, beneficial in usage as a whole package.
Appian Review
What do you like best about the product?
Engaging and easy to use interface to solve the business problems
What do you dislike about the product?
limited design architectures for complex projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For processing business orders which has process view to tract and monitor them easily
Easy to learn, easy to execute and has regular updates.
What do you like best about the product?
Appian is by far the best low code development software available in the market because of its intuitivitivy, great documentation, and a lot of existing smart services which are always been updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit limited when we talk about UI design, like if I want to make a column layout, I have to use one of the predefined widths (small, medium, large etc) rather than having the option to give a specified width.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appian is great for developing complex applications in a matter of days and it retrofits the backend and the UI seamlessly. The thing I find most beneficial about Appian is its broad usage and the pace of development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an easy application to learn for anyone with any sorts of coding experience and it will greatly increase your development speed. If you think that there's something missing from Appian, they'll most likely include it in one of the future updates or you might find something in the great Appian app market.
