What do you like best about the product?
BPM process automation is a key to digital transformation for all the redundant manual tasks. Appian is a great platform to provide a best solution to your process automation. Moreover it can integrate with your other connected systems already existing in your organizational systems architecture. Also Appian with its latest updates provide a lot of tools plugins which help achieve you process automation in a very efficient way. Appian also offers AI and RPA integrations which gives you a complete package for process management tools. Version control and deployment features are an added advantage of this platform. And any business users with no technical knowledge can build quick apps in minutes. Low Code is the main idea behind this and Appian has come a long way and stands out due to this

Updates are missed on premise platform..

It’s low code platform, though is not completely low code. But the documentation and function description is very much helpful.
It’s browser compatibility for every appian feature.

Some errors are not discoverable very soon. Need to spend more time on debugging

A simple UI platform which allows users to store data with simple approvals and tasks.

Tracing of bug or exception is still little tricky

Creating applications with less effort of time and resources, easy to learn up to some extend

Easy to learn and use, effective for layered or hierarchial approaches like banking, health domain etc..
Thought it is another usual framework but surprised by its real usage

App Ian was extremely helpful in setting up an easy to use application for submitting timesheets, expense reports, and PTO requests.

The downsides are the limitations inherent in the level of technology the platform is able to provide developers.

Appian has made it much easier to submit timesheets, expense reports, and PTO requests all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
At the beginning of my training period, it was much difficult for me to understand. But as I get to know about and learned it,it become very easy to understand all the terms. I found it very interesting to work with appian. The work which usually takes hours to complete is done within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many factors which can be improved as that are not in designing.

I am going with customer service application. Building a CRM platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The business process automation is great and giving us more insights to focus on the area where we are failing. Helping not only save costs but also save resources as well. The overall performance of the tools is also good with millions of business processes running well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that is causing an issue. One thing is that the cost can also be minimized, and performance improvement is always good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The manual intervention decreased and many processes are getting automated, the frequency of execution is very high which is giving us more output. So we are happy.

We suggest everyone to use this exciting platform. It really helps to automate the process and reduce cost and time to complete it.
