Nothing specificially however they can do better in overall RPA Approach

Business process management and Case management approach along with their aI Solution it is a killer team. They need to work more in markeing it as BPM Tool instead of Low Code tool

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility ti deploy solutions in few weeks

I'd like a functionality for merging packages in deploy phase

Bug fixing on running workflows without impacting ok them
Amazing platform - but in house Appian expertise needed
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and efficiency of the platform. Making business applications gets quicker and quicker each year. Their records functionality is incredible as it is easy to understand and quick to set up - avoiding the mySql stored procedures and views that can get complex quickly. Their services regarding the cloud platform is exceptional - we are truly looked after in this regard.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike, but there are just small things in the BPM tool that I feel should be addressed. For instance, the record filters are not easy to make efficient especially if you have a lot of them. However, I am sure these things will be addressed in the future, but I guess their time is taken into their new tools like RPA and Process Mining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business problems that Appian is solving are niche use cases and processes not covered by our already existing toolset. For us specifically, it is the problems where we need to be quick to market and super adaptable to market change.

Source code cannot be managed on Git, limit of 32 shards in the process engine
