What do you like best about the product?
It has the features we need for our core marketing data needs and has customization

Because it is so customizable, we have some features that we only have which can make support a challenge

Powerful Platform for Personalized Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most appealing about Acquia Marketing Cloud is its emphasis on customization. A single picture of every customer is provided by the platform's unified customer data platform, which enables marketers to develop and implement highly targeted and pertinent campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Acquia Marketing Cloud is its price tag, which can be expensive for business and organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me connect with the customers better by delivering messages that are more personal and relevant

Cloud for its user-friendly interface, powerful marketing automation, seamless CMS integration, advanced personalization, and comprehensive analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres nothing in that to dislike in Acquia

Unified Customer Engagement: It provides a centralized platform to orchestrate multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent and personalized interactions with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
When compared to Drupal, Acquia is well-organized. As a marketer, real-time data is extremely useful, and the way all of the integrations are present is extremely beneficial; however, it all comes down to price; if the price could be reduced slightly, that would be fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely the price, although the application is good, if the price can be lowered as a direct competitor to drupal, then that would be great

All the integrations are definitely a plus and helps a lot
Awesome platform for creators
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the green platform is a solid and well managing for lot influencers. Doing actions in a bulk can be a lot more complicated. I can't thank Jitu for making this journey and absolute pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be lagging. I would like to see and passing it off to the other teams as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting tools could be better and I love to full better report for our senior leader. Sunil and we are still having else with the connection to our team
CDP moves customer forward
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use reporting and dashboards have allowed us to share data more quickly and with a larger audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
For more complex questions that are asked, there is limited functionality in the reporting to create automated reports.

How customers interact with the brand, the merchandise and helps inform on the effectiveness of our marketing programs.
Crafting the Perfect Message with Acquia CDP
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most important ways we use Acquia's CDP is to improve customer segmentation and marketing message customization. Since the CDP aggregates data from the various platforms we connect with customers (in-store, online, social, in-person events, etc.), we can create highly customized messages for our customers that encourage omnichannel engagement - which we've found to be the single best predictor of return customers and higher lifetime value.
We were able to explore the factors behind complex trends like customer lifetime transaction count by taking advantage of the incredible machine learning tools that Acquia provides. It's difficult to overemphasize just how useful it is to be able to manipulate and analyze your entire CDP using models you can build, test, and modify yourself.

What do you dislike about the product?
The one limitation I've found with Acquia's CDP has been data ingestion - particularly when trying to send data from another service into Acquia.
Exporting data from Acquia couldn't be simpler (with SFTP and S3 output files you can customize yourself), but Acquia doesn't currently allow you to set up new data sources into the CDP on your own, instead requiring you to go through their support team. They have recently added a Workato integration, which is great for automatically setting up connections with larger, more commonly used platforms, but that still leaves a gap for niche/customized data sources. I know Acquia has been moving towards adding more self-service features, so hopefully this is one they will eventually include.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acquia's CDP has been an incredible resource for hand-tailoring messages to customers' unique needs. Since Acquia allows you to ingest data from a variety of sources, create highly refined filters for selecting only specific subsets of customers, and then automatically export relevant data to your ESP, it has vastly improved our ability to target specific customers, thus ensuring that they get all the information they need, while not inundating them with superfluous messages.

The tool is not very intuitive, you have to read to understand. For example, creating and starting campaigns, integration with external tools like salesforce
