Great operating system for servers
What do you like best about the product?
The stability of Ubuntu operating system is one of the best in class for Linux-type systems. We have both our dev server and production server running on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and we are very satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
The release strategy of having a new major version each two years forces us to upgrade, but this process sometimes may lead to system failures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide our application in SaaS (software as a service) format, and stability is critical. Relying on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS was a good choice since the downtime of our application due to operating system issues is zero.

Server Side OS for hosting various web apps within a closed network. It provides a stable, great platform that works reliably for web development with Apache or Nginx. Additionally, the headless version is very light on performance and saves much on server resources.
Great linux distribution
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Ubuntu as my virtual machines running on a server to isolate various software and tasks off of my desktop computer. I like Ubuntu because its easy to use, well maintained. There are also 2 versions, one barebones version that has command line only intended for servers and a full desktop version with a GUI.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are new to linux some things require command line which can be a bit of a learning curve. If the desktop version is sufficent most things can be done via the GUI. Software availability can be hit or miss on linux so you need to ensure what you need is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a base OS for virtual machines to run various services and software tasks that are best isolated from my regular desktop environment. This ensures updates, conflicting software and downtime is minimized.

While I was using Ubuntu 18 it had a lot of bugs like visual studio crashes in between my work, and BlueTooth sometimes doesn't start, but with Ubuntu 20 all these bugs are fixed so it's best for me.
The best ubuntu version to ever exist.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked ubuntu 20 a lot, and the main reason is that it's free of bugs and, in my opinion, is faster than previous versions. I also tried using ubuntu 22, but it is full of bugs. Hence, I switched back to ubuntu 20 and will use it forever.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this since last many years and haven't noticed anything which can be put forward.but still it requires some improvements as far as the memory management section is considered. I see some processes running and consuming memory in the background as system services without user knowledge.Apart, everything is very good and nice!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this for e-commerce hosting, app testing and other project development activities.Apart i also use this in IVR development purposes like integration with Asterisk.
Best operating system which is open source.
What do you like best about the product?
Open-source operating system helps to provide users with a better experience. Mostly in this operating-system system hang issue is completely resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes yum update command will take to much time to update all the packages because it will search the available repository in a sequential way one by one. We can apply some sorting method into this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Command-line functions are more suitable and it's easy to use and search any directory also most of the packages are very light weighted as compare to other operating system.
