What do you like best about the product?
Domo has a very clean interface and makes it easy on the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't do very good machine learning and predictive out of the box.

The best BI tool that I have ever used

What do you like best about the product?
There are a wide number of Connectors. The visualizations are robust, attractive and very flexible. Workbench is easy to use for automating data ingestion and very stable. The stories feature makes it much easier to create very compelling visualizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information related to individual connectors is insufficient. Often the Power Up section which is supposed to contain information about what it needed to connect to the external data source will have ambiguous or incorrect information. I also don't believe that I have ever seen a connector the has any rating and review information (the star rating is always 5 gray stars and the review section never has any entries.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is an E-discovery service provider.

Our services include collecting data from such as Email communication and other electronic documents (word, excel, etc...) from companies under litigation and prepare them for review by attorneys and then provide any documents to the court that are found to be relevant.

Internally we are trying to provide revenue, metrics related to collection and data processing status and executive summary dashboards.

Externally we are trying to provide dashboards that give our customers insights into the status of their data such as data collection status, data processing status. Additionally we are trying to provide our clients with metrics related to the current status of document review.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Much easier to use than Tableau. Much more robust than SQL Server Reporting. Extremely fast and capable of handling and housing massive data sets.

What do you like best about the product?
Using domo has allowed us to easily take a high level look at all our media to determine top performers.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I think it feels more complicated than necessary
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are cutting down on paid media waste by optimizing our media in real time to focus on top performers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can manipulate the data. You can really drill down into ALL of your datasets and it's constantly updating.
What do you dislike about the product?
The great part about domo is everything is customized, but that's also it's downfall. It's hard to get started and a little overwhelming. I wish there was more training and guided learning than what is currently offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found bottlenecks in our fulfillment process funnels using Domo as well as identified marketing channels that are not performing (and some that are performing surprisingly well).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use it all to it's potential, then POWER TO YOU!

What do you like best about the product?
Domo is user friendly and can be implemented without IT/coding experience. The out-of-the -box data connectors make it very easy to connect to popular data sources (google analytics, instagram, Magento etc.).
Domo continues to add new features and to improve the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pivot table view is not very user-friendly. Limited customization of card size and building dashboards (multiple cards together).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DTC revenue tracking vs budget/goal - automated report sent daily.
Key Metrics on screens around the office so everyone is aware of what is happening in the company and can react to changes (drop in conversion rate, significant increase in Instagram followers etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
The abiliity to grab all our data, create one view and share out with multiple users with different permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say yet, but the amount of time to manage Domo plus doing all my other responsibilites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are answering questions about our revenue first. What drives revenue, and how to maximize it.

Buzz collaboration and social tool. Drill through paths
