If you think of Data, think of Domo
What do you like best about the product?
Domo allows me to create my own metrics, I can even use existing ones and manipulate them with formulas, I have no problem obtaining the data in real time. I can configure it my way and make it more personalized. If I don't have the PC I can easily access it through the application on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you develop a SOW with this it would help me to define the results and guarantee a budget to meet the objectives. I find it quite expensive, its price should make it more accessible. The learning curve is difficult for the user that causes them to no longer be interested in using the tool this must be avoided so they must improve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo is essential for us to have a visibility of data that allows us to make decisions and process financial performance.We use it for campaign analysis and now our company has expanded.Domo is a useful tool for monitoring that integrates very well with Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Domo has an ability to separate large amounts of data. We can easily commission a person to manage the access of each of our users and groups. Our marketing department can see when your emails are opened and compare them with the type of shipment this is only achieved with Domo.

The best part of Domo is its agility in creating charts.

Sometimes it can be a bit complicated to set up the connectors between different sources

we have automated monthly reports and created dashboards to analyze them visually

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of building cards (reports), once a connection is made using workbench the visualization options are great. The Mobile app is also a hit for our executive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Domo is the predictive analytics capabilities. My team had a hard time connecting R and getting actionable insights from the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one problem we are solving is putting certified, near real time data in the palms of our executive team. Domo has really become central to almost every strategic discussion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time with getting the right data feeds done during implementation, we had to go back and rebuild connections later.

I love how I can easily visualize my data in a platform that is easy to use. The app is great and it can be the hub for our data
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that easy to manipulate data once inside DOMO. It's easier for us to manipulate it outside and bring it in to DOMO later to visualize.

Using DOMO to visualize and share all pertinent information and reports

Its so difficult to extract information and at the same time system is very expensive for small businesses enterprise.

Supports internal data warehouse such that all the important data are available at one place without having to manually to different sources.

Domo has several connectors that makes cross functional reporting easy

Formatting charts is not user friendly. Adding data labels and changing axis labels can be easier

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using a DOMO card to pull all the data you need. I believe it is accurate information always and the real time updates are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a bit chunky and hard to search + filter for exactly whats needed within a card

What do you like best about the product?
Its use gave me the ability to quickly build and implement panels, cards and data for our users without large expenses or work in our internal development team. Also the graphic and the board are really simple and clean. I must say that its design is great and makes call statistics more attractive to both parties. It is a very organized program and I like that it influences daily tasks, creating diagrams of very efficient activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative aspect that I notice is that I would like them to add more options to the board, it would be more useful. Another dislike for Domo is that there are some programs that do not match the import functions. In general, I consider it a very good program, it helps in many aspects of the company, both negative aspects just mentioned do not influence the good performance it has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like it because it has a large number of add-ons that we can easily integrate with our local server or data center. Domo integrates all types of solutions in a single platform, which facilitates the reorganization of our company's business model, this application has a very advanced artificial intelligence, thanks to this, we can manage all types of business projects, created in databases beforehand. It also helps frontline managers through suite C to better understand what is happening.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend getting involved with the analysis and using multiple data points to support the conclusions offered. We really have no idea what we could achieve without Dome now. It is phenomenal. We highly recommend it and guarantee that you will do well.

Domo is easy to use, we just switched over recently and it’s much easier to find our business metrics
