Great way to help run your business

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to see what’s going in every department of my business in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I don’t like is that some admin and data settings are missing but I don’t use them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get an alert when a report has gone above or below a benchmark I’ve setup, so I know immediately what requires my attention
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, great way to track your business departments

My experience with Domo

What do you like best about the product?
It can show different "cards" that relates to different customers, so you can group and clarify distinctions between different types of customers you serve. Beyond that, Domo is a good analytics tool. I can filter between locations, industries, types of content, and more to narrow down exactly what I'm looking for. It also color-codes the most effective pieces of content automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you filter results through our company, we have so much data that it takes awhile for the filter to kick in to show what you want. The main thing I dislike about Domo is it doesn't aggregate analytics about pieces of content. For instance, if I have a Solution Overview that is on my website, I can download it on the website, I can click on it to bring it in a PDF view on my internet browser, I can find it on Google, etc. - these are all different "pieces of content" in Domo, making it very difficult to distinguish which pieces of content are actually "better" than others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using analytics to justify what problems to solve, which pieces of content to prioritize, and prove which solutions are working based on data
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's hard to learn and even harder to figure out how to navigate around Domo. I would recommend getting involved with analytics and using multiple points of data to back up and support conclusions offered. You really need an expert in Domo to help you but getting this piece is often the hardest

What do you like best about the product?
This product allows us to roll up almost all of our business data -- memberships, activations, fundraising, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the external-facing reports were more interactive. It would be nice to not require a user login to see additional data feeding the report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No roll up solution for all business data

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull data from multiple sources easily. Workbench makes it easy to get data intos syte. Visibility to detail data from drill down
What do you dislike about the product?
excel formatting gets lost when downloaded otherwise great

What do you like best about the product?
The power over control and time , expected time and actual, for delivery on insight for business questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations which are being worked on by developers already. I do want conditional joins in ETL though please.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quantifying conversion rate, we have a multitouch attribution model fully functional since 2016 and use it to report enterprise wide.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Onboard mindfully, knowing where you want to be and acknowledging your current data limitations. Domo will help you figure it out.

What do you like best about the product?
The Domo platform provides a one stop shop for your business intelligence needs. It has the ability to connect to external systems, store and transform data, and display/visualize data all while providing the ability to govern and monitor activity within one instance.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of its biggest limitations is related to printable reports. As an enterprise used to receiving paper copy reports, it has been quite a change for users to experience looking at reports digitally instead of hard copy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many. Domo is used as our enterprise wide BI tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I am not an IT person. Only basic SQL Knowledge but do know database structure. Being able to build cards visually, using drag and drop, made it extremely easy to adapt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limiting features. HOwever most of the issues have always been on list and solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking improper ERP data using a page of alerts. Tracking inventory levels, Customer Order Management data, distribution data.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo is really easy to navigate and understand how you use. I'm not very technical so I wasn't involved in the set up or anything like that, but once the dashboards are live, they're really easy to navigate, alter, filter etc...Being able to visualize data for myself and clients helps a lot in sales presentations. Also helps me come armed with usable data.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues I've experienced. I don't use it as much as I likely should, my guess would be that that's similar for others on my team. Sometimes there is data that I'm not able to find, because I can't make my own dashboards, I';m sometimes limited in the data I can extract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to visualize data, show data to clients and come prepared with insights into clients business'
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have somebody technical with the expertise to set up the dashboards.
