A lot of promise, but still growing pains...

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for business users to build their own visualizations and import their own data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a lot of basic visualization & dashboarding functions that are not available that are pretty standard in the space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to successfully connect user behavior (website analytics) and business performance data in ways that we have not previously. With that we can dynamically and retroactively adjust and recut our customer segment based analyses and get much more accurate insights into the drivers of business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo gives basic and highly skilled end users the ability to harness data for their own needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning tools and documentation for domo functionality is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We' been able to use Domo to track an visualize our marketing funnel and flush out our attribution model.

Continually evaluate you own use of Domo

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to setup and use. Tons of prebuilt connectors. Working with the DOMO team was very easy and their response times are very fast. We got done in a few weeks what took months with another vendor. Compared to other BI tools it was a breeze to get the project off the ground and running. When we showed the POC to stakeholders they were very happy with the initial results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! We are just getting started with this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now doing a marketing metrics proof of concept. Looking to exit pilot and take in to full deployment,
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give this product serious consideration. It is a snap to set up and we had a pilot running in under 30 days. Cognos by comparison took forever.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of use to setup, and the connectors easily extracting data for you to put to use right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are unable to store sensitive data in DOMO which in turn doesn't allow the complete dissolution of other data collecting software ie BIRST
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting down on very manual processes for client reviews. One process that used to take roughly 400 hours per quarter now only takes around 15. Once we sync the data to the cloud it will be automated and never need to be touched again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before you start using DOMO and getting data from multiple data sets train all the engineers and set up some rules. There is a serious lack of visibility of what has been added by whom, additionally it is extra painful when filter values dont line up when drafting cards from multiple data points on a single dashboard.

Exciting tool with cool features, but can be overwhelming at times.

What do you like best about the product?
-customer service is very responsive. they don't always have the answers right away and at times can take a bit long to help figure out more complex issues.
-data integration when you're pulling straight from a source such as Google Analytics is very easy. the charts that are already available once you make the sync are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
-it can be a bit overwhelming and you do need some coding experience in order to really utilize the tool.
-some of our data sources aren't easy to integrate. they may be older tools, but wish we had confirmed that we could make a seamless connection before signing the contract. to date we only push data from 2 sources even though we use 5.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to aggregate all of our data into one source.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make sure your data sources can seamlessly sync to DOMO otherwise you will be spending a lot of time getting that setup through the alternative methods - flat file uploads.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo has a simple user interface and the ability to connect to seemingly endless cloud applications is great
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some clunky admin features which makes data permissions very flexible, but complex. Small RFEs typically do not materialize quickly unless it is a break-fix that affects a large number of users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to give people across the organization visibility into metrics that are relevant for their teams
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to evaluate your data ecosystem and understand an MDM strategy and Domo's capabilities relating to that strategy

The API connectivity. Allows for easy sharing of data.

There's almost too much to know. Looking forward to being trained on capabilities.

Customer funnel with app usage. We're noticing dropoffs of customers within the app.

grafgh collection is many many kind. it`s bery nice. and my level is too low, but its very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
lots of times spent biggest data use. but any other serveis more long.

people don`t see grafhs.
