Good for project tracking

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good platform to use when multiple people need to be updated on projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be complicated to navigate and edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple departments being able to know the status of projects

What do you like best about the product?
It does many things, has many graphs, and accepts a lot of data sources
What do you dislike about the product?
It does many things but not well, the graphs tend to be one-hit-wonders and find myself only using 3 or 4 of the 50 or so, and many of the data sources are pointless for corporations... why is there a Fitbit connector?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making basic data transparent to executives and other leadership
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore alternatives. I wish that we went a different way.

Domo Brings Awareness to Sales Targets

What do you like best about the product?
Domo provides very clear, concise dashboards that report on multiple metrics in a concise format. We are just starting to implement Domo, but as a salesperson, Domo allows me to see where we stand as a company, and where we need to be to achieve our end of year targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any dislikes yet. We are just implementing Domo and just had our first launch of the dashboards and analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem was not being able to visually see where we had deficits in our sales targets. Domo allows us to show where we currently stand with our headcount, and week by week where we need to be to hit our end of year budget targets.

What do you like best about the product?
the visualization of the graphs makes it really easy to see and make choices based off of my data
What do you dislike about the product?
it is difficult to get the data into the system and complete connections

we are solving the problem of making decisions and we have been able to make better educated decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Having only had Domo for a few months at this point, getting all of our data into a single place to start making evaluations and coming to agreements on definitions company-wide had been the biggest benefit. We can compare apples to apples and not apples to cows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is functionality of cards that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving miscommunication across the company about metrics and what they mean.

Easy access to data in a visual format that can be quickly understood

Building cards drives away some potential users due to tech fear

Monitoring participants or enrollees is instantaneous

What do you like best about the product?
visualizations and connectors are great. nice drilldowns to get deeper insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of analysis capabilities like simple statistics (median, sample std. dev) and algorithms (basket analysis, clustering)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
how to optimize resources (spend, channel focus). as for benefits, puttiing together disparate data is high on the list

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is so easy to get all my data in one place and then quickly visualize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I don't know enough about the apps to really utilize DOMO to its fullest extent. I have used other visualization tools in the past that can do so much more than DOMO in some ways, but you need an app in DOMO to get the same results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now we are working on tracking a lot of our safety metrics on DOMO. It helps us to recognize where we are doing well and where we need to improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I never recommend a product for everyone. Make sure it is the right fit for your business model. It has a lot of great positives, but you need to do your research.

What do you like best about the product?
the visualization of graphs allows me to see data in a way that i would otherwise not be able to see
What do you dislike about the product?
learning formats and preparing data for domo can be difficult. They need to have a better integration with 3rd party document managment systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
measuring KPIs really is easy here.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo is always innovating and striving to have the best user experience and visualizations available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo should focus more on delivering basic functionality to it's users more frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small business with limited development resources. We love that Domo gets our data in the hands of the entire company and spreads out that load which would normally put too much weight on our IT dept.
