Easy to Navigate, Difficult to Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
Filters on reports and amending existing reports
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to retrieve underlying data to a card, cannot (easily) replicate a card to personal page, export to Excel includes html code (so I end up exporting to Powerpoint when needed)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualisation tool for data in CRM, ewpoeting functionality beyond that of underlying CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to to see my stats and my teams stats all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Domo was more simple and easier to read. Some of the graphs just don’t make sense
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track team stats is very helpful so that I we know what areas we can improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For door to door salesman or any other company that tracks stats. This software is your best choice. You can easily track your personal stats, your team members stats and company wide stats to see where you land. I highly recommend Domo.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo is a wonderful tool to be able to collaborate all sorts of data together to be able to come up with some really great and useful information that you can take and turn into actionable steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is pretty steep if you want to use the entire full featured product. I think this would be wonderful if you are a large corporation. But for smaller business it requires work arounds
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to eliminate many of our old and outdated processes of manually creating Excel sheets here and there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a VERY steep Onboarding fee for them to help you set everything up and get up and running. This is necessary I believe to be able to use the product however this can be a pretty tough pill to swallow when considering other business intelligence platforms do not have such a large upfront cost involved with the use of their products.

What do you like best about the product?
The drill down feature of Domo makes understanding the next layer of data easy and direct, while giving more options to the view, opposed to just raw data.
What do you dislike about the product?
From the backend, you are not able to mix multiple cards data, even if you have a common field (ID). This makes sourcing data from multiple places very cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing data and business statistics in a public setting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you have all of your customizations listed out and see if Domo can accomplish any of them. I.e. Unique quarters. They are limiting to their time frame options, that you end up having to change the dates from within the card, instead of the outside filter.

Data refresh seems to be slow and inaccurate at times

Getting a better understanding of sales funnel top to bottom. Qualified leads versus opportunities etc.

I really hate how difficult it is to drill down in data.

We use Domo to help visualize and share information
Great for a business health check, awesome business oversight
What do you like best about the product?
It's really great at slicing through large quantities of data and turning that data into easy to read graphs. Complex functions (they call them Beast Calculations) allow you to transform information into data that is more insightful. It's relatively straight forward to connect two or more different data sets on a 'join'. It automates rolling data analysis, tasks that would be repetitively, time consuming and complex in Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to TableAU, it has some work to do in terms of your ability to slice deep into the data (and present that data) to provide meaningful insight as to why things are happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To provide an automatic at a glance view (health check) to the executives and other stakeholders of the business how we are performing in terms of the number of vehicles purchased, price paid, quantity of cancellations and a variety of other business related metrics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Domo is great at providing an automatic oversight as to what is happening in your business, however it's not quite so powerful at answering the question why and how/what could you do to improve business performance.
Domo- Analytics/Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Domo is very helpful in tracking KPI's for performance metrics. I like the ability to customize your own dashboard of reports to track your weekly, or monthly metrics. It is very visual, which is nice
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the dashboards are easy to setup/configure on your own. I had to have one of our IT people set it up for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to compare yourself to your colleagues is beneficial from a metrics perspective. Also, being able to assess where you are spending your time in a sales cycle, and which accounts to see if it is paying off is very beneficial
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The real-time updates are not great, they could improve on that. The tool once setup for an individual is very easy and nice to use; however, it would be nice if it was easier to build custom dashboards.

The buildout for our company has so many different features and is tailored to even offer projections

Sometimes it is difficult to find exactly what you are looking for if you have not been guided to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see where our associates and centers stand in our region and in the nation with comparable statistics and easy to read charts.
