What do you like best about the product?
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dono Company. Their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and thoughtful approach to customer needs really stand out. Whether it’s their product design or their customer service, everything reflects a deep sense of care and innovation. It’s rare to find a company that blends functionality with aesthetics so seamlessly. Highly recommend working with or purchasing from Dono — they truly go above and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Domo is a powerful platform, but it has a steep learning curve and can struggle with large datasets. More flexibility in pricing and clearer documentation would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domo helps solve data silos and slow reporting by centralizing data from multiple sources into one platform. It enables real-time dashboards, making it easier to track KPIs, spot trends, and make faster, data-driven decisions. For us, it’s reduced the time spent on manual reporting and improved cross-team visibility.

Easy to understand . Solves the etl by tightly integrating to underlying data

Too much dependency on 3rd party tools. Can be open source

Very easy to build powerful dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
The web interface is very intuitive and easy to get started with. Within minutes, you can build some powerful and stunning visuals. It requires little to no technical knowledge. However, those with coding experience are also able to enhance and configure them further.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile experience is not good. Once you have used it on the web, mobile UI and UX feel like an afterthought.

I use it for business intelligence and data transformations. That results in dashboards that leadership can use to make quick business decisions.
