Powerful but not bug-free!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the use of AI to assist in paraphrasing and summarizing conversations. Works great and doesn't hog down the system resources. I like that I am able to use it for different channels, and thus helping our customers in the most efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation for the notifications system isn't great, and having to open a separate tab for the notifications center to be able to actually hear them is troublesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched to Freshchat along with Freshdesk from Kustomer. The transition has been great and flawless, and we use Freshchat as our main customer support tool. It provides us with excellent tools to address all of our customers' issues, inquiries, as well as the reliable means to communicate back with them.

1) Faster turnaround times: Chats can be resolved quickly.
2) Personalized customer experiences: Agents can provide personalized experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Fresh chat is one of the best CRM software I've used and the best part is about it's AI tool which helps in paraphrasing and summarising the conversation in a concise manner which saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not came any of us dislike till now but whenever the sound of a new chat it can be modified apart from that is good to go.

I'm into customer support where we solve customer issues through calls email and chat and were taking use of fresh chat to solve our customer queries.

The best thing about Freshchat is that you can use shortcuts to use sentences that are repeated occasionally. The user details are easily accessible and creating tickets is easy.

There are some issues like the names are not visible sometimes, but were eventually solved later. This had caused some problems while working.
